The first man at counter we encountered was not friendly. Our room wasn’t ready so we checked our bags and used valet to park. Once back at hotel for check in- the two members of staff now were both much friendlier. Room was clean and nice. The location was great

What was even more disappointing was how my concern was handled afterward. When I brought the incident to the manager’s attention, instead of listening to my experience and addressing my concern, he immediately defended the employee by repeatedly saying she was one of their best workers, even though the incident occurred under his supervision. Rather than acknowledging my experience or offering a sincere apology, it felt like my concern was dismissed. A great location cannot make up for poor customer service. I hope management focuses on listening to guests’ feedback, taking responsibility for issues that occur under their supervision, and addressing concerns professionally instead of becoming defensive.
