The room was fine, it was old looking but relatively clean. My problem was that my truck was broken into and a suitcase full of clothes and some tools were stolen, come to find out from the police that it is a bad area and discouraged me from staying there again. If you do stay there, don't leave anything of value where someone can see and try and park right in front of the main entrance. Wasn't looking for anything from the hotel but barely got an apology. I will not be staying there again.

Parking was easy but gets full fast. Check-in says at 3pm, my rooms were not ready until approximately 3:45pm. Staff were very careless with trying to get my room ready. Hotel promotes free cribs with stay was also a lie they do not carry cribs for baby! Asked for extra blankets and they will refuse to bring them up to you, you would have to make your way to the lobby to pick it up yourself. No hot water as well. Towels had a horrible smell as well.

It's okay for convenience
-
The mattress was horrible. It’s squeaked at every moment and very uncomfortable.

Don’t stay at this location
-
Not very clean, barley swept and the bathroom has hair everywhere

The person that checked me in was nice, but the man at checkout wasn’t friendly or courteous. The TV remote was broken and after going downstairs to have the batteries replaced and that not working, the maintenance guys was very accommodating and immediately took care of the problem. The bed was extremely soft in the center, like it was broken possibly. Even at the “discounted” for using Hotels.com, the stay cost more than it should for this hotel, simply due to all of the issues.

The staff was helpful, parking convenient, air conditioning efficient. The place seems to be undergoing repairs. Hopefully, these damages will be addressed. It could be a nice place in a convenient location.

Dirty exterior, trash, cigarette butts. There was construction in the lobby. Some sex workers in the lobby in the afternoon. The rooms were swept but needed a damp mop to get up paint chips left from construction. Furniture was scratched, with sticky residue I think from price tags. Seems to have come from a surplus store. Scratched paint on the walls. Curtain pulled down. There were no bugs, thankfully. The bedding was comfortable however the bed bowed in the center. WiFi signal was weak throughout the stay. It was quiet at night. The pictures show a pool however if was filled in. The amenitiies listed included free parking. The sign in the lobby says parking $4.25/night. Breakfast was adequate. The peanut butter was stale and stiff. Glad to move to my next hotel.

I was accused of taking $40 that's a lie I was put out of the hotel I did how ever by a mistake take a little lunch box and gave it back the house keeperl lied she said $40 was missing after she nothing was missing they charged me for a room the put me out

The bathroom shower was stained and nasty looking. TV wouldn't come on, property outside dirty and disheveled looking

Decent low cost hotel for a night or two. The front desk staff was great. The location is good, very near the train station and the food truck paradise. The hotel is just very old inside and very basic. A lot of things were partially broken or very worn. They very kindly moved me rooms when the TV was broken.

Breakfast was OK, but very little to eat so do not plan on getting much. Price for the night was very reasonable, which is why I guess you get what you pay for.

This did not look anything like the pictures. It was disgusting! All we could do was laugh when we got into the room. The bathroom was a joke. And you have to pay daily to park. One elevator that looks like something from the twilight zone for 8 floors! Do not waste your money.

Nice view, good location, great staff on the rundown property 😔
-
Given a room with someone squatting in it and then moved to room next door which gave no confidence of safety
-
Poor on booking .com as when questioning the staff we were not the only people that have said that . A lot of images says it also has a pool so After a long flight and drive children were very disappointed not to swim . No private beach , Cleanliness of room was not great , was not comfortable .
