our plans changed, and we stayed only 1 night out of 3, then didnt give us any refund.

I loved how friendly the staff was , the ease of checking in and out. I don’t like the fact that property’s parking is at customers own risk, which tells me that they have had history. I honestly think what I payed for 2 nights was not worth it. I found a woman’s undergarment in one of the drawers, and the sheets smelled kind of musty. A few updates need to be done in the room.

This is the best location in New London!! You can walk to everything. There is easy parking, and convenient access to all attractions in the area including the Coast Guard Academy. Very easy to get to. Close to a beautiful church. The bar and restaurant down stairs is friendly and very good food! Great place if you are traveling alone. The day manager could improve his costumer assistance. When I complained about predictable noise the staff did not warn me of, he was not kind. They did offer to change rooms. When all the signs said they would give me a refund. All the desk staff were wonderful. The pool was like a sauna, very warm and steamy.

We arrived late at night after a long day's drive and we're put in a room on the top floor. At 8:40am, we were awoken by VERY LOUD drilling noises directly above our heads. These noises continued for over an hour, making it impossible to sleep. We contacted the front desk and we're told they were repairing the roof and there were no other rooms available. Had we been informed that this would happen, we would not have stayed elsewhere. We asked to speak to the manager, but he wasn't in. We were told that he would call us later that day, but he never did.

The room was spacious and clean, the towels were brilliantly white and plentiful, the lobby was ok, the breakfast was mediocre and expensive,specific set aside tables in the dining room made it feel you not welcomed. Paul the night manager was very helpful and hospitable.

Clean comfortable room. Wish they had coffee in the lobby and free continental breakfast. Everything handled by in-house restaurant. Buy the breakfast offer when reserving. Best value. Otherwise breakfast is very expensive.
