Looks like a homeless shelter hotel. Quite a few shady characters stying there.

Poor internet, gum on the wall, air conditioner leaked a puddle on the floor, door lock was broken. They fixed it quickly and the staff is nice.

There was no breakfast The room reeked of some sort of air freshener. The bathroom wasn’t really clean.

After contacting Expedia, we discovered that Red Roof Inn had entered the reservation under the wrong last name. Instead of investigating the mistake, the front desk employee insisted that the room was already occupied by someone with my friend’s first name and the incorrect last name that Red Roof Inn had entered. She then told me she was speaking to the “guest in the room” about the reservation. However, once Expedia got involved and spoke directly with her, she immediately corrected the reservation and admitted the name on the reservation had been entered incorrectly by the hotel. At that point, it became clear that there had never been another guest with that reservation and that the issue was entirely due to the hotel’s error. What should have been a simple check-in became a stressful, time-consuming experience because of a mistake made by Red Roof Inn and the way it was handled. Rather than acknowledging the error from the beginning, I was given inaccurate information and had to involve Expedia before the issue was finally resolved.

This place would recommend that although its price per night is a little more expensive, the place deserves a renovation

Nothing We kept having to switch rooms due to issues.

Rooms definitely need an update. Mold in bathrooms. Couldn't use AC unit due to the awful smell that came out of it. Toilet paper roll broken off wall. So they put the paper on the back of the toilet. Toilet in our room ran all night long. Floor stayed soaked between tub & toilet. Towels they put in room had faded stains all on them. Nothing is supplied in the room. No blow dryer, Not even a small bar of soap to wash your hands. Refrigerator leaned so badly all our stuff wouldn't stay up until we kind of leveled the bottom with things we brought to put under it.

Power went out, room flooded, we were not offered a new room or even a refund because we couldn't stay there in backed up toilet water. Do not stay here under any circumstances, they will take no responsibility for anything and you will lose your money. And the whole place is dingy at best, like just stay somewhere else

Property has undesirable people all around and staying in the property. Room missing paint, not clean, bathroom sink and tub were dirty and rusty would not take off my sandals. Poop everywhere outside. In the middle of the night a lot of yelling. Bedding was old and worn out. Not a place I would recommend.

On entering the room the a/c was working good but going in the bathroom we show a dirty cup in the bathroom then I tried turning on the bedside light and the fixture fell off took it to front desk and it was not fixed by the time we left

Air conditioning unit was loud and was not working that well. This was especially bad because it was during a heat wave. No usb ports in room which is the first hotel I've seen with out at least one in over ten years. Waterin room had heat chlorine smell and taste. Staff were friendly

Nothing!! We were happy to get out to there without being accosted. This motel should NOT be advertised on Booking.com. It is no doubt a long term living location for people living hard lives. There were groups of men arguing loudly in the parking lot. The back lot had no lighting. When we pulled up to our room, an intimidating man came out of the next room and stared us down. There were other men walking around with intimidating looking dogs. There were ‘women’ walking around. We didn’t even go into the room and cancelled our stay. We damn well better get reimbursed!!

That the room has a full size fridge

Very convenient location. Large, clean room. Reasonable rates. My room didn’t have a clothes rack/pole or hangers. Because I needed to hang two sports jackets, I had to drape them over the back of a metal chair. This was my biggest negative.

Outside stinks of people smoking weed did not feel secure leaving my truck and tools outside Even though room was freshly redone bathtub was very rusty.

The property is dirty very little Care goes into maintaining this property

They asked me for a deposit of $100 and when I delivered the room they told me that in three minutes I had the money back, and three days later I still haven't received anything

My entire trip was ruined from the first night- the toilet was clogged from the time we got there until we left.
