On entering the room the a/c was working good but going in the bathroom we show a dirty cup in the bathroom then I tried turning on the bedside light and the fixture fell off took it to front desk and it was not fixed by the time we left

Air conditioning unit was loud and was not working that well. This was especially bad because it was during a heat wave. No usb ports in room which is the first hotel I've seen with out at least one in over ten years. Waterin room had heat chlorine smell and taste. Staff were friendly

Nothing!! We were happy to get out to there without being accosted. This motel should NOT be advertised on Booking.com. It is no doubt a long term living location for people living hard lives. There were groups of men arguing loudly in the parking lot. The back lot had no lighting. When we pulled up to our room, an intimidating man came out of the next room and stared us down. There were other men walking around with intimidating looking dogs. There were ‘women’ walking around. We didn’t even go into the room and cancelled our stay. We damn well better get reimbursed!!

That the room has a full size fridge

Very convenient location. Large, clean room. Reasonable rates. My room didn’t have a clothes rack/pole or hangers. Because I needed to hang two sports jackets, I had to drape them over the back of a metal chair. This was my biggest negative.

Even though room was freshly redone bathtub was very rusty.

The property is dirty very little Care goes into maintaining this property

They asked me for a deposit of $100 and when I delivered the room they told me that in three minutes I had the money back, and three days later I still haven't received anything

My entire trip was ruined from the first night- the toilet was clogged from the time we got there until we left.

Cleanest Wifi and phone signal

It's affordable for a reason. There are pretty questionable people staying there and it seems like they also serve as a shelter. Beds are comfortable though and it was quiet.

Nothing Everything

You get what you pay for, pretty disappointed in the lack of attention to cleanliness. Though nothing bad happened, it didn't feel like the safest property to be on

Room is clean There's too much noise in the middle of the night

I was taking the ferry to Long Island first thing in the morning. They were 8 minutes away !! Clean room and plenty of parking. And there was a Chinese buffet only 5 minutes away !!

Many stains in the room and the sink was unable to drain. Did not use shower due to how gross the tub and curtain were.

Convenient location Is was very dated and not well maintained. The furniture looks like they bought it at a thrift store. The bathroom was in bad shape. The beds were flimsy. The public spaces were dirty. Trash was left in exterior hallways.

The shower drained very slowly there was foul smell in room . Would have preferred not to stay if refund was a option. Had to change room.

Nothing There was a strange guy hanging outside one of the rooms. He appeared to be staring at my 15 year old daughter. She did not feel safe getting out of the car at first. Once we got inside the room, the AC unit was all rusted, looked nasty, the knobs were broken. The room smelled. The next morning at 6, my daughter and I were frightened by what appeared to be fighting that was going on either outside or the room next door. We did not feel safe and checked out immediately after what appeared to be fighting. There was also no phone visible inside to call to make the front desk aware of the situation.

You get what you pay for. This motel was the cheapest in the area for the weekend we needed. It was clean, mostly quiet and very convenient in location. However, if you need an actual kitchen, this was not it. There was a second sink but nothing else to allow cooking or any food prep.
