Good safe location, great friendly helpful staff, good price. Stayed in a suite so my daughter had her own side of the room, very large room. Would definitely stay again. Wifi great, Shop Rite supermarket right around the corner.

Shower wouldn’t drain so you’re feet stood in dirty water. Bought a king bed and was given a queen. Bed felt unsanitary along with carpet and bathroom

Comfy bed, great place to work while my child was at the USCGA for the week. Breakfast was good as was the coffee and I loved the fresh baked cookies as a mid-afternoon snack. Less than 2 miles to USCGA and easily accessible to that, the highway, local restaurants, and an easy drive to Groton and Mystic. My room had some wallpaper peeling in the bathroom and the soffit over the window was separating from the ceiling and it was HUMID in there even with the air and fan going on the AC unit. I suspect it has to do with the lack of ventilation from the bathroom. Overall, not a bad place for an extended stay.

Breakfast was great, so many choices and fresh blueberries! The shower was really good. The staff was so friendly. We were offered bottled water upon checkout. We were on the first floor and would ask for an upper level floor next time because the cars parked outside were right outside our window. It was noisy when cars came and went. The beds were uncomfortable. The AC was really loud so I had trouble sleeping.

Rooms were very clean and breakfast offered a lot of food choices.

The hotel canceled my reserved and paid for room on the day of arrival without prior notification. When I arrived at the hotel shortly before midnight, I was told they could not honor the reservation and that they were fully booked. I was getting stranded in the middle of the night.

Paint peeling out of bathroom, mold, no towels (remedied by front desk)

No hand towels. No face cloths. No juice at breakfast.

This property was better than expected. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of 5. Very family friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Only cons - the breakfast only served pancakes on one of the 4 nights we stayed and the pool was quite small especially when the hotel is booked. The pool was quite crowded at times.

Accommodations clean, staff was cordial, breakfast choices above expectation, only downfall was that it was a very hot day/night, air conditioning in room was ok at best. Room seemed stuck at around 70 degrees, luckily it was just at sleeping temp.

It is an OK hotel, but it double-charged me, and after a month, it hasn’t reimbursed me yet. Their associate mentioned they had the same complaints from several guests, yet I had to dispute the charges on my credit card. Definitely don’t recommend.

Check in was super easy and hotel was clean. Breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast i have ever been to. Loved how everything was individually wrapped and there were plenty options

Property and facilities were very run down. The rooms are in need of a refresh.

The room's were nice and clean. My only negative comment is that they didn't have any bottled water, so i was forced to drink water from the sink faucet. They told me it was under new ownership and their supply for water would not come in until the next day
