Balcony Guest House

The only thing this place has going for itself is the location. It is an a safe and central location. Bars and restaurants within walking distance ROACHES. We had a terrible problem. Contacted property blamed it on the restaurant below. There was also a horrible smell in the kitchenette. No supplies in the kitchen besides a couple of bowls and that is it!

I liked that the property was located in a good area and the balcony was a great feature. What I did not like about the property was that the room and bathroom was small.

I loved how spacious it was. I love the fact that I couldn't hear any of my neighbors! I wasn't looking to be in a party place and it was definitely not that. It also just in general seemed like you guys had put in some effort to make it as nice as possible for me to be there. I noticed that and I appreciated it. There could've been a few chairs in there, you know someplace to sit besides the bed.

Perfect area to stay Would have loved if someone would wash our linens and stuff, our phones were messy while in Nola. We should have asked for that/planned it beforehand. Can get quite dirty in that bed if that happens to more people. Would love some cleaning.

thank you. very happy with my stay nothing

Superb

I really enjoyed the room styles, the space, and the overall look. Perfect for taking photos! Room #5 has a comfy bed, but the noise can make it hard to sleep.

Pleasant
