My wife and I were visiting New Orleans for the first time from San Francisco. Our experience at the Burgundy was wonderful. The area around the Burgundy was terrific, and for us it was an easy walk to the French Quarter and Frenchman's Street. Joe and Federico were very gracious hosts; the room which we had was clean and large; and the breakfasts were lovely. We would highly recommend the Burgundy.

My mom, my niece and I loved staying here. We felt very safe and clean. It was in a historic neighborhood and within walking distance to the French market, St. Louis cathedral, Bourbon St. There were also many cafes and restaurants within 2-5 minute walk right in the neighborhood. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible time at Burgundy Bed and Breakfast. The room was great and perfect for our group of 3. Everything was very clean. The BnB has different common spaces - sitting room, courtyard, kitchen, hottub - with books and information on the parades of the day or other activities. The breakfast was great - there was cereal, bread/bagels, yogurt, juice, cut fruit, and different made to order options each day like scrambled eggs, quiche, and pancakes. The location was perfect for our needs and is near great food and walking distance from music on Frenchman. The hosts are so chill and friendly. It was the perfect place to stay - can't wait to come back!

Amazing location, beautiful home with a stunning backyard. Nearby lots of great food and bars, plus just walking the neighborhood is worth it :) John was a great host and Federico made the most delicious breakfasts.

We came in town for a family wedding. I researched the area thoroughly and chose this establishment because of its proximity to the wedding venue and the positive reviews. We felt so welcome and at ease with Joe and Federico immediately. The ease of booking, the communication before and during our stay, the convenience of the location being of walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, the feeling of safety, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the delicious home-cooked breakfast, the price, checking in and checking out…. all of it was beyond our expectations. I highly recommend The Burgundy Bed & Breakfast and would stay there again. There’s nothing applicable to this. We loved everything.

The neighborhood is delightful, with many walkable destinations for food and entertainment. Never felt unsafe, even when walking through the neighborhood alone. (Older female traveler)Already anticipating my next visit.
