Bourbon Orleans Hotel

3rd time staying. Will ALWAYS stay here. Convenient, staff is A+++, always accommodating and location is excellent. Worth my time and money. Yours too!

I Loved this hotel, it was clean the staff was wonderful the pool is the best and everything i a walking distance. The breakfast was also good they have a bar that’s connected to bourbon st .

It was very hot during our trip to New Orleans. We spent the morning exploring and the mid-day pool breaks were amazing!!! The hotel and room were great but we particularly loved the pool, as well as hanging out in the lobby drinking iced water! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, including families. We hope to go back soon and bring our adult children. Southern hospitality is really a thing and I can't wait to get back to New Orleans!

The staff at the hotel are the best. Very friendly and helpful. If I had one suggestion it would be for those who have a balcony room an umbrella or awning would be very nice. During the day it’s to hot to even use the balcony and the same if it’s raining.

Great location just off Bourbon Street. Friendly staff, lovely room with small balcony facing the street. Really nice breakfast facilities. Pool was amazing and unexpected from the outside facade. Really in keeping with the French Quarter.

Perfect location, beautiful decor, chic pool area, excellent entertainment, very comfortable beds, competent staff, cool atmosphere.

We enjoyed everything! The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The pool was wonderful! We especially liked that it was open until 10:00 for night swims. We will hopefully be able to come back.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the time of year we travelled was somewhat during the off season so we had the lovely courtyard pool to ourselves a few afternoons. The hotel was centrally located in the French Quarter and close to most landmarks in the area, blocks to the river, right off of Bourbon St. near the famed restaurants; Brennan’s, Antoine’s and Two Sisters. Leah’s pralines is nearby as is NOLA Po’Boys. The lobby was decorated beautifully and the doormen were amazing and and so gracious! Everyone was super helpful and friendly and when we return to visit this will be where we will stay! We loved it here!

Lei at check-in desk was THE BEST! I travel a lot and rarely get friendly service like hers. A definite asset to the hotel and my stay!!

Scammed by Expedia. Paid a reservation & still paid $285.00, after I reserved the room for $395.00. Never again, it’s a scam.

We booked this hotel and had a wonderful stay but came home to several unexplained charges on my credit card totaling over $500 when I had already paid for this hotel through Expedia with a different credit card.

Rooms were very clean, Staff was wonderful, pool was great. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter

We stay here everytime as it is the most conveniently located hotel in the french Quarter. Valet the car and walk the rest of the time. If you purchase things while shopping it’s just a quick walk back to the room to drop them off before heading back out for more of the culture. Rouse’s market is just around the corner. Highly recommended by me!

We did have a few hiccups but I did not allow it to shy away from giving this hotel a perfect rating. We had a petite king suite with a small balcony overlooking the pool. The room was very small to our liking, but I take into heavy consideration that all of the properties in this area are historic and are limited to reconstruction, so that is part of the deal. Tip, if you're over 6'5" like my spouse, this room is not for you, lol. We made the best of it though. :) Our only main issue was the AC. It would shut off for long periods of time at night, until the room got very balmy and we would literally wake up in sweats. It takes a very long time to readjust to cooling at night. In the day, this isn't an issue. The pool is perfectly sized and the water adjusted to the blazing heat or afternoon temperate cool. We loved it. The lobby is gorgeous, photo worthy and always filled with fresh, cool cucumber water for consumption. I will highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to make the best of their trip in the French Quarter.

The Hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Balcony room was clean and a nice size. No problems with the hot water. The pool area is beautiful and nice to sit at night. The staff was helpful and efficient. I would definitely stay here again!! Great property!!
