Bourbon Orleans Hotel

Location

It is a great location for walking to bourbon street and the Frenchman area. This is our go to hotel when visiting New Orleans!

Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! The hotel location was perfect! Close enough to easily walk to all the amazing food, but far enough away you didn’t get the noise. We slept like babies every night. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in New Orleans!

The property was nice and it was in a convenient location, but the rooms were very small. The AC vent also blew directly on the bed, and made it difficult to sleep.

Such a wonderful property to stay at. The staff, the hotel, and everything in between was amazing. Already planning another trip for next year and for this hotel.

We were annoyed by the resort fee. But other than that it was a great hotel!

We booked 2 Bourbon Street bi-level balcony suites, one for us and one for our friends traveling with us. Our room was great 5*, their room however was not, they rate 1* so combining for a rating of 3* total. Their couch smelled like urine-like whomever stayed previously wet their pants while sleeping or something. They immediately went to the front desk to complain. Front desk said they’d send up cleaning. By the end of that 1st day there was a random stained mattress placed in front of the couch, and no change in couch condition. The next day they complained again and asked to speak to the manager who assured it would be taken care of and offered a minuscule reimbursement towards food and drinks . The couch was converted into a bed that day, we assume made up with that stained mattress. They never asked for a bed, they wanted the couch cleaned or replaced so they could hang out on the main floor. It was never taken care of, and for spending a large sum of money for 3 nights, only receiving about 1/20th of that cost back off did not make it right either. See attached photos for what they dealt with the entire 3 day stay after complaining multiple times.

Beautiful historic hotel in French Quarter. Staff are fantastic. I stayed on 6th floor in King Size room. It was large and clean. Only recommendation would be to add a chair and a desk or table.

It was absolutely the best choice of hotel. Right smack dab in the middle of the exciting French Quarter! Hotel concierge Billy was very friendly and helpful, the best. He arranged our bus guided tour and our riverboat cruise. I would definitely recommend the Bourbon Orleans Hotel!! We had a wonderful time! Thanks

Everything was amazing

The bed in our room was super comfortable but I wish there’d been better water pressure in the shower. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff were wonderfully accommodating. The entire hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Showers were hot. Food was delicious. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing.

The location to everything that is must see in the French quarter is perfect.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful as soon as I got there. The lobby is beautiful as soon as you walk in and the pool is amazing. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. One of the best things about Bourbon Orleans is its central location in the French Quarter.
