Bourbon Orleans Hotel

Highly responsive staff!

This is our second stay here. The location on Royal Street is perfect for anywhere you want to go in the FQ. The lobby area is gorgeous and feels luxurious from the moment you walk in. Staff are always wonderful. We used the pool for the first time on this last trip and it was very relaxing and clean. The bar in the hotel makes excellent drinks, and you are steps away from several other restaurants. Highly recommend. Will stay here again.

Whole stay was amazing. The room was gorgeous! The only thing I didn’t like was the tv. It froze when it started raining outside and didn’t have many channels to chose from but besides that the stay was amazing!

It is a great location being in the French Quarter but the room itself is not the best. We had a cracked door frame, restroom was in need of updating, the water pressure is low, etc. Valet is very slow due to the volume so that is not always their fault. Just be mindful of the wait when it is during busy hours. The restaurant is a bit pricey for the quality of food so look up other options outside of the hotel restaurant.

Great Location, Two-Story Loft was perfect for our group!

We had a great time, the staff was excellent in every way. The manager Alex and the valet Ashton went out of their way to help us with our bags and parking our vehicle. And we were able to check in and begin our weekend. The breakfast we had was not so good tho, the restaurant manager made it right.

Excellent staff and A1 service....I will stay again

The only problem was with parking and that the street was closed off to hotel guess, which made it harder for parking,

Great location. Close to busy area but on quieter street.

Air conditioning didn’t work, TV didn’t work. We called for a technician and nobody ever came. We used the valet parking and the car was scratched and a rim was scratched. Location was actually scary as was all of New Orleans. I won’t ever go back. Terrible hotel in a terrible town.

Best experience ever great hotel staff is excellent food at the restaurant was superb. I have no complaints whenever I go back to New Orleans I will be staying at this hotel. right off of bourbon Street safe secure just a blast 10 out of 10. room was clean. Staff was excellent. Outdoor pool was great breakfast was great and the beignets to die for.

Excellent!! Kind, welcoming staff. Haven in the chaos of NoLa outside on Bourbon St. Excellent amenities. Would stay here again.

Saltwater pool is very relaxing and truly a hidden oasis. Staff is amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable. So much to do in walking distance. Will definitely recommend to friends. I was amazed at how close they are to everything.
