Place d'Armes Hotel

Our stay here was wonderful! We have atayed at several hotels in the Quarter and this has by far beeen the best. The courtyards are beautiful, the pool well maintained, the rooms clean and the staff so helpful and friendly. The hotel is convienently placed amongst the attractions of the Quarter. The parking/valet is easy. Absolutely will stay here again.

We loved our stay at this property! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. It had so much charm and the location can’t be beat. I walked out the front door and down 1 block was Cafe du Monde and looking the other direction, also about a block, was the St. Louis Cathedral on Jackson square.

We've been to Nola many times, and this was one of the best stays for the price. The room was comfortable and clean, quiet, and in a great location. The courtyard and pool area were beautiful and shaded. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and we loved being in the heart of New Orleans everything was in walking distance!

This is truly a beautiful place the courtyard was delightful, staff is amazingly helpful, great AC., location is walkable to most places which was great for sightseeing. I will definitely come back.

Staff was great

I will say for the first time it felt just a little run down- in need of some paint here and there etc. They did away with the continental breakfast, or at least muffins and such they used to offer- but do have plenty of fresh coffee in am. Fat rat at night scurried by some folks exiting the pool- BUT in a really old city rats aren’t unexpected and not really a reflection of the property- it looked like it was passing through. Clean rooms, super cute pool and courtyard- I will stay here again next visit for sure- great character! Patrice at front desk is awesome

Place D'Armes Hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially the courtyard! The staff was so friendly and helpful. From the valet, to the porter, to the front desk........they were all friendly and welcoming. This hotel is a hidden gem in New Orleans. On return to this fine city, I would gladly stay at this hotel over and over again. Easy walk to Bourbon, to the cruise port, to the shopping center.......everywhere is easily accessible by foot. We didn't have to get our vehicle out of valet once for any of our needs.

For what it is — this is an amazing hotel. It’s located in a historic area (right next to Jackson Square) and the buildings are older. Despite being older, they had nice rooms, updated amenities, and nice cold air conditioning. The staff was amazing, truly the best part. My partner and I were celebrating a special occasion and they made sure to congratulate us and seemed genuinely happy for us. The valet was great — very fast service and friendly people. I’d definitely recommend this stay!

Staff was very accommodating and nice. We had a courtyard room near the pool. A/C worked like a charm. Great location.

We go to New Orleans a lot for a weekend trip as its just an hour away from us. This was our first time at this Hotel and it will be our go to now. Perfect hotel for being close enough to it all and just far enough to have a quiet evening in the courtyard pool. Staff was incredible, rooms were great. Like i said, we have a new go to now.
