Location. Style. Comfort. Staff - especially Elaine at front desk! So helpful! Room was slightly tired and aircon wasn’t the best although was given a fan too.

Beautiful and clean. Such friendly staff. From the front check in ladies ,to cleaning staff. The beautiful pool. LOVE IT!!!!!!

Ms Elaine was welcoming, kind and really helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. I will be back. Thanks for making my birthday trip a great one!

Very nice, friendly staff and the hotel is in a great location in the heart of the French Quarter. Clean comfortable room and AC worked well. Would stay there again.

AC IN ROOM 118 COULDNT COOL ROOM OFF. IT STAYED 74 DEGREES, POOL WAS DIRTY AND GREEN

Location was great! TV reception was strange cutting in and out. Parking is convenient but limited so only available first come first serve basis.

AC was in op. Management has known for 2 years. Gave us a noisy box fan like you would expect from " Uncle Bob's bayou river motel". Unsafe issues. Balcony door would not lock. Wall plug was in op. Commercial bldg should not have electric issues. Stairway too dark at night. Steps unsafe no non slop strips. Maid service never even swept room. No carpet on floor. Dark laminate that shows dirt. Elaine and Tina were great. Bathroom is TERRIBLY small. Looks like expedia customer gets junk room. Offered half off parking didn't get it. Pool unusable in 95 degrees. BAD corporate owned hotel.
