Great customer service and stay was excellent. Walking distance to just about everything.

When a burst water main on Decateur street meant the water to our building would be shut off for 10 hours, the Manager quickly organised another room for us and transferred our belongings.

I cannot express enough how great this hotel is! The staff, the amenities, the location, all top notch. And, it’s stunningly beautiful! Pool, courtyards, balconies, exposed brick walls, art, French Toast Cafe (Delish!!!), and more! We stayed for 3 nights and checked out for another hotel closer to the riverfront for the 4th. That hotel on Bourbon/Conti evacuated us at 11pm because of a fire underground on July 4th. Hotel Provincial said “Welcome Back” and accommodated us (female and teenage child) without hesitation. We felt welcome, safe, and at home after being displaced from the hotel without our belongings. My advice if you are a light sleeper is earplugs and an interior room away from the French Market. Other than that, it’s a gem!

The hotel was so central to everything. The staff were so friendly and so helpful with suggestions on where to go and where to eat. The hotel was clean and perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Booked last minute with our three kids and it was perfect! We turned a cancelled layover flight into an adventure! Superkind and helpful staff in a great location.

The staff was lovely. The location was fantastic. The parking worked well. The biggest problem was that the pool is open until 10 PM and the shrieks of children playing was ALARMING and put us on edge. We were on the bottom floor, slightly way from the pool, but there is no escaping it. I'm not the kind of person that doesn't like kids -- but high pitched SCREAMS were relentless. The parents did nothing. The staff did nothing. It ruined what as an otherwise very pleasnt place. I'd kindly recommend that the pool closes at 8 PM or sooner.

Lovely stay, beautiful courtyard, nice pool, good rooms. In the heart of things except not crazy crazy. Was a lovely experience.

We loved the pool being salt water this was nice for my kids. The location can’t be beat. When we went there was construction on Decatur, no fault of the hotel this was the only down side of our visit. We have stayed here before and always will when in New Orleans!

The staff, breakfast, and location were great. Everything was very clean; however, when we arrived, we found a hair on one of the hanging towels in our room.

It was very comfortables and within walking distance to our tours and riverfront. The restaurant they suggested, Muriel’s, was excellent.

I love this hotel and have stayed here many times. Location is perfect if you want to spend time in the Quarter. Safe valet parking off the street is a big plus (for a fee of course), the pool is a nice convienence and the courtyard is so serene and peaceful, a great place to unwind. Will definitely return.

The check in was streamlined and was able to check in earlier. We loved the location of the property and parking fee at $45 was not bad. Our car was safe within the hotel premises. It was a lovely lobby, cold water and a buy one cocktail, get one free during happy hour. We will definitely stay again when in New Orleans.

We had a great stay and would definitely return. The location was centralized and had many options within walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful making us feel at home as we were greeted everyday!
