It was so convenient! Pay onsite valet parking. Walking convenient to Cafe DuMonde. Shopping the river. Smthey are connected out the back to a cafe French Toast which was super convenient! The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. The whole experience of staying here was more than enough to highly recommend someone books a stay here:)

The hotel was decent but if you have a choice ask for a room that isnt right next to the pool.

This was one of the best places I have stayed, and we took the night tour while there and it ended a half a block from the hotel, very convenient place!!

Everything was great, very secure and the staff was so polite and helpful.

Rooms were clean, & quiet. Staff very helpful and the bar was great. The parking was very nice on property, secure and convenient. We walked everywhere , dinner, breakfast at Du Monde, and Brennan’s. Great location!!!

Great location to the French Market area, Royal St, & Bourbon St. All within walking distance. I’d stay here again

Walking distance from everything such as good eateries and live bands. Extremely comfortable beds. Beautiful decor!

Location was fantastic. Short walks to Frenchman Street, Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, and French Market from the hotel. Staff was extraordinary. Old charm of the building was fantastic. Valet parking on site was a definite plus.

A charming hotel in the French Quarter. The onsite parking is a such a gem and the staff was amazing.

I loved everything about this property and its employees. Everyone went above and beyond to help their customers. There was an evening where a young intoxicated woman who stumbled into the lobby of the hotel. The night manager Hunter wouldn’t let her go back outside stating concern for her condition. He found her parents phone number and contacted them. He then made sure she was safely put into a room. Another night after the delicatessen delivery hours were over a staff member went to the deli to get our order. I have never been in a hotel where the staff members were so kind and understanding. I have been traveling around the United States, the Caribbean and Europe since 1970 and this hotel is the best that I have ever stayed in. Will most definitely go back to this incredible hotel in New Orleans.

Arrived late to Mark who helped us get our heavy bags up the stairs and park the car for us. Walked in to find a clean room and all the amenities. Everyone was so helpful and always greeted us and offered assistance. The bar vibe was great. Enjoyed the courtyard and pool. Free coffee in the morning. Easily walk to so many restaurants and the French market. Overall beautiful hotel and would be delighted to visit again!

Helpful staff, great bar, perfect location.

Disgusting would be a understatement. Rooms were cockroach ridden. Saw about 10 in the room. Sheets were dirty. Really disapppointed.
