Le Richelieu Hotel

Great stay. Beds were very comfortable, especially if you like a softer bed. Pool area was well maintained. Bar staff and front staff very friendly. Room cleaned daily and left lots of clean towels each day. Had a nice little balcony to have a cup of coffee on each morning. Our fridge wasn’t working properly, told the front desk and they had it replaced quickly. Overall would stay here again if looking for something quieter in the FQ.

The room was clean. The maids were very loud in the hallways early every morning. They had no food even though they have a kitchen. The pool area is in need of a good cleaning.

I slept with the comforter and turned the air off as the hotel in general is kept cool. The location perfect. Altogether a dreamy place.

Good location, you are literally right by the French Market and Cafe Du Monde. Had to walk about 30 minutes to get to the Superdome but that's okay. The parking was very nice as it was closed off and I didn't have to worry about my car. The room was cool (especially the restroom) and the balcony view was sweet.

Airconditioning was zoned, so that's a plus on in the lounge room and one in the bedroom had quite large walk in wardrove with a safe Pool was nice also. In the heart of the French qauater

The place was on the bigger side so that was a plus. In walking distance to everything.

For the past 3 years, whenever my husband and I visit New Orleans for long stays, this is the hotel we always choose! The rooms are always clean and accommodating. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. With it being in walking distance to everything in the French Quarter, once we park our vehicle in the secured parking lot, we never have to drive until we're ready to check out. Again, I give the hotel 10/10!

The staff at this location are amazing. The WiFi is iffy and I never could get the TV to work because the WiFi was not strong enough.

Wonderful historic property in a great location! Very friendly staff and spacious updated rooms. Close enough to the action to walk there in minutes but just far enough away to not deal with excessive noise and get a great night of sleep! We hope to be back soon !
