Great hotel and amazing staff, right in the middle of the French Quarter. Eat at Coops.
-
Charming property that has recently been updated, convenient to the French market

The staff was friendly and helpful. Brian, in particular, at the front desk was amazing and helpful with recommendations on where to eat and places to go. We had a 1 bedroom suite with balcony. Amazing!! It was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was paying for parking but it was gated. I got over that tho because the location of the hotel is perfect. We walked most of the time. Crazy seeing Carnival cruise ship sail by as I was sitting on the balcony. Microwave not in room but available on site. Pool area was nice and cozy. I will be back to New Orleans and staying here again.

The hotel was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to see. They had a gated parking lot in back for a fee and totally worth it! The staff was friendly offering me an umbrella with the rain during check in. If we come back to New Orleans we will be staying here again!
-
Good location with a pool, clean and close to the French Market, Frenchman street and within the Quarter. 12 noon checkout is a plus!

Very upset no hot water last night are this morning not acceptable

Property beautiful. Great parking purchase option. Our room was a corner unit so street noise was loud as to be expected when in NOLA. We were located near an exit door that could be a lot quieter. Door slams with each closer. May consider a slow close option. Otherwise property and stay amazing. Recommend!

It’s a very good place to stay. It is a short walk to Bourbon Street and even shorter to the French Market. It’s in a quieter neighborhood. It’s a little loud inside with limited noise blocking to the shutting of doors, rolling luggage and talking in the hallways. Overall, we would stay there again.

Best place in or near French Quarter.
-
The hotel was clean … however the pool was disgusting and the pool furniture was unacceptable. There are no full body mirror in the rooms. The staff could be friendlier. I would stay at this hotel again.
-
Hotel was great pool area was cute. The bed was not comfortable and you can hear everything going on outside from the first floor. So avoid staying on the 1st floor
-
Quaint hotel. Vehicle secure in on site lot. Daily parking could be less.
-
Always good stay

Room was good. Clean. But zero soundproofing in the walls. One group of snoring men who farted in their sleep allllll night. And the other group had some wild sex.
-
Staff are super helpful, let me check in super early and let me keep my luggage there after checkout. The highlight of the place is definitely the wrap around balcony and the pool. The room is very basic. Didn’t get any soap, but the bed was comfortable and the room had aircon which is definitely needed

I had the best experience at the Le Richelieu Hotel. The staff is very friendly, and for the first time in my life, everyone was served free bottles of water. This was a major breakthrough for me.

It was ok. Maintence was helpful . TV kept shutting off

Everything was really great. The staff was nice, the location was really great, away from the noisy streets but close enough to easily walk to and from popular destinations. However, the only downside of this hotel is how thin the walls are. We would wake up because tvs were so loud and whenever we would pass by other rooms in the hallway we could hear others inside their rooms (privacy issues). Other than that, this place was great. :)

Even though with $45 per day parking fee we are so happy to be in hotel with unlimited bottles of water. Just asked staff at the desk

My room was not accessible as I had requested. They did not have easy access in and out of the property. And my key access did not work the first time, got a second key, didn’t work. Manager let me in had to wait till next day for a key.
