A great place.

The rooms are awesome. Upgraded without losing the feel

Definitely in the center of a lot of entertainment and restaurants.

It was a nice place to stay. Clean. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but that’s just part of the city I think. Room was nice, bathroom/shower was good. Quiet, felt safe inside. Place really smelled like pot, but again prob normal nowadays. They said there was coffee available but I never found it. They did hand out complimentary room temp water bottles when requested.

The hotel was close to almost everything we wanted to do. We had to drive a couple of times but no biggie. The rooms were clean the staff helpful and friendly. It has parking but it cost everyday, but most places do now.

Lubby is old and smelling of mold. Balconies are full of splinters and semi working furniture. The cleaning staff is very nice. So is the front desk but the management must take this seriously or they will loose customers for sure. They can’t prevent homeless bums that sleep right under the door,( which made walking outside the hotel rather unpleasant, but they have to take care of their grounds.

This place was amazing. So quaint and beautiful!

Courteous front desk staff, large comfortable suite for me and my teenage grandsons. Every afternoon we enjoyed cooling off in beautiful courtyard with large saltwater pool. As well as refreshing ice cold water with lemon readily available in the lobby. Hotel was conveniently located to walk to all the sites, shopping and eateries we visited. We will definitely stay there again.

It's an affordable hotel-not 5 star but still a great bargain especially in the summer when tourism slows. The staff were fine-although there was only one person checking everyone in he did his best to keep the line moving and was very helpful. In the room the shower was great, there was a mini fridge and balcony access. Not too loud probably due to the location being on the edge of the quarter far enough from Bourbon street, but still close enough to walk there if you want to! I'd recommend this hotel to travelers on a budget who still want a nice New Orleans experience and location.

Pool and balcony is good. Great access

The room was large and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Most part staff were great. Pool issues on the hottest days we were there closed the pool. we just wanted to return to-to the hotel and swim after a daybout exploring But couldn’t for 3 days. They did arrange to let us use the pool at a sister hotel but it was 3 blocks away
-
At check in, we were informed of the Pool being closed. This is the main reason for choosing this hotel. Very disappointing with 100+ degree weather. The walls are very thin and very noisy surroundings.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s off to the side of the French Quarter so it’s quiet but close enough to walk everywhere. The staff is friendly, especially Rebecca. My room was clean and comfortable. I am glad I found this nice hotel for my visit to New Orleans.

Open parking on site

Also another plus was the location of the hotel was literally right down the street from the strip of everything. Honestly my stay in NoLa was a 10/10

It was okay

Great central location but fairly quiet. Great AC if you’re staying in the summer. The bartender was a great and friendly character and made a great milk punch. Nice pool.
