Large room, amazing location, great pool.

We got the King suite and it was great! Very roomy and comfortable beds. Great area to be near Frenchmen St. Collin at front desk was excellent, so helpful and polite!

The staff was communicative and warm even before we stepped foot on the property! We loved the unique layout of the room and enjoyed the ample natural lighting. It was a perfect size for the two of us, and we really loved the location which allowed easy entry into the Quarter and the local Marigny spots. Will definitely book this space the next time we are in the area!

I truly enjoyed my stay. The room decor was eclectic and and very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was right off the street, with a window right off the street. We heard ALL the noise from the street and definitely didn't sleep well because of it. It may just be that one room with that issue, with how the hotel is set up. Otherwise it was a great stay with friendly staff, and a great pool space. Paid parking lot just a block away. Would stay again, not room 101 though.

The location is excellent. The room was fairly worn and not as clean as one would hope. Freshening is in order.

This will be my go to place to stay. Cool ac unit in each room, exceptional staff. They made the space feel like a bed & breakfast (They do not have breakfast. I said it FEELS like.) or that I was in someone’s home for a visit.

Old historical building, but it was absolutely lovely. So don’t expect some of the amenities that you would get at other four or five star hotels but it was absolutely lovely.

Location The internet connection was unreliable, and the television was not functioning during our stay. In addition, the smoke alarm continuously emitted a beeping sound until the batteries were removed, which was inconvenient and disruptive.

Staff was very friendly and the pool was nice!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, the location couldn’t have been more perfect, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. Every part of my stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top‑notch service and a wonderful experience.

This is a hidden gem in heart of Frenchman street. You are literally in walking distance of everything including Jackson Square and the French Market. The staff were all sooo friendly and welcoming. The property itself was so cute and clean. This will be my Kasa away from mine every time I visit New Orleans.

Absolutely stunning hotel with a great location in the city. Hotel staff were super friendly and attentive, and were happy to answer any and all questions. Can’t wait to come back!
