Staff was very friendly and the pool was nice!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, the location couldn’t have been more perfect, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. Every part of my stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top‑notch service and a wonderful experience.

This is a hidden gem in heart of Frenchman street. You are literally in walking distance of everything including Jackson Square and the French Market. The staff were all sooo friendly and welcoming. The property itself was so cute and clean. This will be my Kasa away from mine every time I visit New Orleans.

Absolutely stunning hotel with a great location in the city. Hotel staff were super friendly and attentive, and were happy to answer any and all questions. Can’t wait to come back!

Loved the staff they were hospitable, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well maintained and spacious.

I understand that this property has a certain character or charm and that adds to it, but the door felt quite flimsy and had big gaps around it and I think something better should be done about this. The gaps around the door meant that the aircon didn't work as well as it could as a lot of hot air was able to get in to the room, and a lot of light and noise also came into the room. There was no safe in the room, and because of us being in the ground floor and the door feeling quite flimsy, we didn't feel safe at all to leave anything in the room. It is a great location but unfortunately the room lets the property down. I think a few tweaks could make it really good.

Only 2 issues: 1- WiFi kept going in and out. 2- The neighborhood can be loud some nights, so it can be hard to sleep

Concierge Erica was very pleasant she was awesome but I can't say much for the rest and if I do come back it's because of Erica thank you

When staying here one should be aware that the building was built in 1860 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. A flight of stairs took us to our room 211. Inside the unit was two story with bathroom on the entry level and a queen bed on a loft reached with 17 stairs. Not handy for a 3 am trip to the toilet. I am 74 years old and get around well. To enjoy the Frenchmen, you shouldn’t have ambulatory issues.

The location is in perfect walking distance to the French Quarter, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this property and will be back for future visits.

The room was not only adorably decorated, but the bed was comfortable, it remained cool enough even in the heat of summer to sleep well. Great for access to all the best places and the staff was all incredibly friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was staying with friends.

Such a unique high level of accommodation and kindness at this establishment!!!!!!!!! It’s peaceful it’s beautiful and clean and Erika made our stay extra special for our three birthdays!!!

This was the cutest little hotel, centrally located, beautiful pool and rooftop area. Really friendly staff and easy to access rooms and facilities with codes. We loved our stay!!!

Nice character. Too many homeless people right outside and very loud. Hot tub was not working during our visit.

Good value, and excellent location right on Frenchmen Street. The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The first day there was a rowdy group at the pool, and their voices came right through the walls into me room. But they quieted down after a few hours, and there wasn't much noise the rest of my stay.

Great location within walking distance of the French Quarter. The hotel is intimate with a lovely design aesthetic keeping the old work charm alive. My room turned out to be a smoker room with a window that wasn't operable. When I arrived the smell of stale smoke was masked with a chemical air freshener smell which was just as bad as the then following smell of stale smoke. It was a bit suffocating.

The Frenchmen is even better than ever. The remodeling is great, especially the improved bathrooms. The staff could not have been more helpful with our large and sometimes noisy group. You continue to be our favorite place to stay in New Orleans. Thanks for everything!

Most importantly it's clean. Very cute place with lots of charm. Close to everything, and several good restaurants. Loved the kettle for making tea and coffee. A/C worked very well, as well as the shower. Staff super nice and always there to help. I would stay here again.

This was the perfect stay for me! The hotel felt very classic New Orleans with a slight update. The space was incredibly clean, the staff were highly responsive, and the location was impeccable. Residential area near one of the coolest parts of the French quarter. Ears plugs were definitely necessary one of the nights, but that comes with the location. Highly recommend!

Location was fantastic. Close enough to Frenchmen to be able to walk around and enjoy the music in the evening, but far enough where noise wasn't an issue. Plus only a 5 minute walk to the French Quarter. Lovely room and really great common space. Only complaint is I wish the cups/silverware etc. were re-usable or compostable. There was a lot of excess plastic wrapping on everything.
