Merchant Lofts Comfy Condos – Walk Everywhere

The kitchen was spacious and provided a perfect area for our group dinner when we arrived. The kitchen table was a little small but we made it work.

Really cute place, with an incredible location and well appointed kitchen.

The place is overall nice. It’s Spacious, walking distance, and in a secured save building! What I don’t like is there’s barely 0 to no parking around the property so be mindful of that when booking. Also When walking around town just be careful of your surroundings at night because again this is NEW Orleans.

The sky light in the master bedroom is too bright

Everything was great

Microwave didn’t work. Nice area, BUT walls are paper thin. Honking all night long and can hear the neighbors having a full blown conversation along with their suitcases rolling across the room. Sounded like they were in our room.

I couldn’t do early check in which I don’t like it says I can’t request early check in until 24 hours before and I couldn’t even request until 12 hours before and I was arriving 4 hours before check in. There was no physical person to speak to on the phone. Otherwise, I loved the rooftop access, I loved the location. if you are okay with the garbage trucks at 8am. The blinds in the living room only go up they don’t go down, so I closed the sliding door the bedroom to make sure the extra light wouldn’t come in (I also don’t trust the camera thing). I heard cleaning staff, didn’t see them (I didn’t need them) I was there for 3 nights. great location! I walked almost everywhere I wanted to go

Room was clean, directions were given on time and clear. Kitchen appliances and washing machine appliances were not used, but looked modern and in good condition. The only thing we were expecting was as a pull out couch for sleeping purposes, and it was a couch trundle. Great place to stay!

The staff was amazing, but the room is in a very loud location.

I loved this place and location

Centrally located and walking distance to multiple key locations! I felt safe here and the building was clean and quiet. The only reason I couldn’t give full stars is the bedding was not changed from the last guest. The sheets had gross stains.

Bugs dirty funky smell I sent photos and complained nothing I spent over $400 and they are doing nothing. I'm so upset I'm pregnant and just wanted to have a nice relaxing time and instead I'm stuck Ina unit that has bed bugs in the couch and no hot water int he show we r and it's so dusty nasty covered in food and random stains ... Worst experience ever

Had a few issues. Reached out to management and they were quick to listen and act to resolve each issue. Is a bit noisy so I recommend some ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Location is great. Close enough. To everything downtown. Few blocks from French quarter. Few blocks to get on the street car and head uptown. Spacious in comparison of places in same price range. Would stay there again

Nice place. Biggest concern was security. Front door DID NOT LATCH. Major concern. In fact I remember that not being latched for a Mardi Gras parade last year. My friend was looking for a restroom.

Amazing location and spacious loft. Sadly the apartment’s are very noisy and you can here all the adjacent rooms
