All studio and one bedroom apartments do not have windows-which makes it great for a perfect night sleep. Enjoy the lively atmosphere of our rooftop pool or break a sweat in our fitness center. Sextant Stays Commitment to Cleanliness We want our guests to have a safe - comfortable stay. All our housekeepers are full-time employees - not third-party contractors - allowing us to keep high standards and accountability. Each property is thoroughly cleaned in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines. Guests are also provided with complimentary hand sanitizer - masks - and disinfecting wipes if they do not have their own. COVID-19 - Due to COVID-19 and guidelines set out by the city the fitness center amenity space will be closed until further notice. Please help us stop the spread and practice social distancing. I had an excellent stay at the New Orleans Luxury Collection. My cousins and I went for Essence Fest and throughly enjoyed the proeperty. The apartment was spacious and decorated beautifully. We loved the space as well as the ease of having all things available like dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer and stove. The rooftop pool was a bonus. I would definitely stay at this property again as it was in a great area with nearby grocery store and restaurants. It was was also walking distance of the Superdome and Bourbon Street. Highly recommend this establishment!

Penthouses was not cleaned well and had an unusual weird odor, but otherwise it was beautiful and pleasant.

Location is only a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter, on the way you have a well stocked supermarket and restaurants. Used the rooftop pool and terrace, pool towels provided. Suite was immaculately clean with quality provisions. Attentive staff, any questions we had were promptly dealt with. Would definitely recommend 888 Baronne. Thank you for a fantastic stay. Kirsten, Kevin and Ashley were so attentive and kind to us.

Enjoyed our stay very much! The only reason I wouldn’t give it a 10/10 was the strong musty smell our room had. Other than that, the location was great. Staff were friendly . Our host, Ashley, was very helpful with anything we needed . Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do.

A lovely gem for traveling in groups. The building exterior exudes historic elegance while the interior has been tastefully remodeled. Every room provided with ample clean sheets, towels, etc. The staff are communicative, friendly, and helpful. It's in a central location, but just far out enough to be more quiet. They've embraced technology in the best way to make check in, checkout, and access to the property seamless.

We were in town for the Super Bowl. This place was a great price and location. Pretty walkable for everywhere we needed to go. The place was nice, clean, beautiful building and view from the roof. They were very easy to communicate with for check in etc.
