The rooms were OK. They definitely could’ve used more elbow grease in the bathroom bathroom and the dust was very visible on those black counters

The valet has room for improvement. The efficiency is lacking and the operation is out dated. Wonderful people to talk to , but waiting 20 plus minutes for a car after being told repeatedly they found my rental, but then found it they did not. I was extremely disappointed. If it wasn’t for one of the runners who remembered my name , i would have been late for my departure.

Room was perfect. All staff were extremely friendly. Multiple bars and restaurants located in the hotel.

Arrived to find that our room was down graded from a king corner, to an interior double queen right by the elevator. To "make up" for the mix up, we were told we would get free breakfast that equated to $40/per person, there were 2 of us visiting. I ended up paying for the breakfast on my room charges after I had checked out and was assured it had been taken care of.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans to celebrate my birthday, and the staff made the trip truly special. From the moment I checked in, the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and celebrated. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles. Every staff member I met—from the lobby team to the dining staff—was kind, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great spot, but it was the high level of care from the people working there that stood out the most. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so memorable. I cannot wait to come back! N/A
