I had asked for room cleaning every other day. The second day I stopped at front desk and asked for the room to be cleaned and when returned it was not clean. I had to ask again. Then they said they would have it cleaned everyday which it was never cleaned again for the next four days.

Room A/C was one speed either too cold or too hot....no fan adjustment. On temp 74degrees, too cold...75 degrees, heater was on.

This was my third stay at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, and once again it did not disappoint. Every visit has been a great experience. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff—they are consistently friendly, professional, and make you feel like royalty from check-in to check-out. Their hospitality is second to none. I look forward to staying here every time I'm in New Orleans. Highly recommend!

Great staff and great pool but the pool deck lacked umbrellas to get shade ... which is a must in New Orleans heat ...

My stay here was absolutely phenomenal- the restaurants were divine, it was clean, the service was too notch. Ray the bellman was outstanding and helped me not inly check out but arranged a car to the airport post my sight seeing. I will absolutely be coming back.

This hotel was absolutely amazing from the reasonable price of the valet parking, the beautiful big hotel, amazing breakfast, all staff was nice and very informative of what areas we should go to as it was my spouse and myself fist time in New Orleans. The rooms were clean, the area was just great. We were able to walk to where ever we needed to go. I would recommend this hotel and we definitely plan on rebooking for our next trip to New Orleans. It was an easy walk to canal street and getting the bourbon street experience.
