Hyatt Regency New Orleans

My stay here was absolutely phenomenal- the restaurants were divine, it was clean, the service was too notch. Ray the bellman was outstanding and helped me not inly check out but arranged a car to the airport post my sight seeing. I will absolutely be coming back.

This hotel was absolutely amazing from the reasonable price of the valet parking, the beautiful big hotel, amazing breakfast, all staff was nice and very informative of what areas we should go to as it was my spouse and myself fist time in New Orleans. The rooms were clean, the area was just great. We were able to walk to where ever we needed to go. I would recommend this hotel and we definitely plan on rebooking for our next trip to New Orleans. It was an easy walk to canal street and getting the bourbon street experience.

And that’s my only complaint. Staff was attentive, my room was immaculate and it truly was a top tier experience. My 2nd stay here and the service was consistently superior

Our direct interaction with the door men Carlos and Ray were superb. They both were engaging and very knowledgeable of the local terrain. We really appreciate their assistance with guiding us on our way! Hats off to the team.

The room was clean but rather small. The staff was wonderful. Malik Amin was very helpful with processing my tax exempt certificate. Bar is not as lively as some other hotels, but staff is very nice.

The hotel felt more like a resort! Very beautiful, clean, near everything! Love it! I normally don't do reviews but I had too. Cause this was a luxury stay.

The room was nice and huge. The hotel itself was huge and a bit confusing to navigate. I did not like that there were no microwaves in the room. They charged $52 a day for parking. I received $158 charge for something the hotel could not explain.

Too many fees, resort fees per day and parking 50+ per day.

Was further away from bourbon st than it showed on the website, but overall ok
