Hyatt House New Orleans/Downtown

This is a great place to stay in New Orleans! Short walk to both the stadiums. Room was very clean and the staff was awesome!

Helpful staff, excellent free breakfasts, and clean facility. Plus the location was great!

Great security great food great atmosphere

Front desk Rosa very nice and helpful. The rest of the front desk employees are very nice too. When you travel for 10 or more hours drive or flying. All you needed is someone nice with a big smiles and willing to help you and that make my day was relaxed and no worry about anything because I have Ms. Rosa, Ellie and the rest of the team help me and my family without judging who we are where we come from, my family and i will be back here next year and absolutely stay in this Hyatt hotel! Thank you!❤️

Parking sucks. $45 dollars a night

Easy check in, clean room with a mini-fridge and microwave. I was attending a conference at the Hyatt Regency but the rooms were sold out so I stayed here. They had a sky bridge connection to the Hyatt regency so you don’t even have to go outside - it worked out perfectly. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again.

H market is a little pricey other than that pretty good

Staff was informative, polite and gave us information on how to get around the city.

Check-in was fast and easy. Rooms were clean. Location was great.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. They have a great breakfast. Only downside is there is only 1 car attendant on duty so sometimes it takes a while to pick up and drop off your car. The bed was also mushy and uncomfortable to your back. Overall the stay was pleasant and the location is a plus! I would stay again.

Breakfast was superb. Had a lot to choose from and did not need lunch after a full self served breakfast Buffett including an omelette station if desired. Love the shared amenities with the Hyatt Regency and closeness the public transportation. (Streetcars and buses)

Can't go wrong for a stay with plans at the Superdome. Not even a 5 minute walk and the breakfast is top notch and free! Hotel does let you check in early/check out late for an additional charge depending on availability and how much time. Very pleasant and enjoyable stay no issues. Will definitely be back!

Great stay, close to the train station. Loved the pool! Clean and very comfortable. Absolutely gorgeous view of the city from the breakfast area.
