Hyatt House New Orleans/Downtown

The location was perfect.. The rooms were so clean and super spacious.. No complaints

This hotel has to be by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in the view is beautiful. The room is huge clean and kept up. It was kind of difficult when arriving to understand how the whole check process works and you do have to pay for parking but overall, I would recommend.

Exceptional

I loved the stay at the hotel. I was getting lost since its connect to another hotel but them of them together beautiful. When I checked in I was given an UPGRADE to a suite with a kitchen and a great view. The room was clean and the bathroom was everything.

The room was spacious with clean bathroom. The staff was very helpful & friendly. The one negative was the confusing layout. One elevator took you to the lobby on floor 11. You change elevators to go to the rooms.

Very close to the superdome very convenient close to everything we wanted to do.

Exceptional

Great experience close to venue for concert!

Air quality pour in room dead bolts does not work on door, which made me feel extremely unsettled and unsafe no complementary water in your room. Staff very friendly and kind very accommodating complementary breakfast sufficient.

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff were very attentive, rooms were nice and spacious. Location was nice, lots of amenities near the hotel. Would highly recommend.

Old very poorly maintained hotel. Poor service.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was a short walk to the stadium. Breakfast was good. They have an omelette station which was nice. Room was clean. Very pleased.

Every one every was absolutely beautiful

This hotel is 2 minutes walking from the superdome. Maybe about 15 minutes walk from the action on Bourbon St. Very nice hotel the breakfast was amazing made to order omelets. The onsite bars are cashless. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit New Orleans.

Exceptional

Room was very clean and comfortable. Water pressure was good and water temp on point. Slept very well in the bed. It is located on Poydras so yes, there were sounds of sirens to contend with so I suggest a sleep mask that blue toothed to your phone and you can listen to sleep fan, the ocean, wind, whatever and not hear them at night, Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately had no time for breakfast but it smelled good. Self-parked in lot connected to building and had no problems. Extra convenient to be that close to Superdome!!

My experience was great

Will definitely book again.

the property was extremely close to the stadium so that was easy valet was the same price as the parking garage we did find two roaches in our room that was a little disturbing and the transparency was a lil off they didn’t tell us that valet would be taken out of our deposit without giving us a chance to provide other form of payment

Location, cleanliness,
