Hyatt House New Orleans/Downtown

Clean hotel with friendly staff. They have a great breakfast. Only downside is there is only 1 car attendant on duty so sometimes it takes a while to pick up and drop off your car. The bed was also mushy and uncomfortable to your back. Overall the stay was pleasant and the location is a plus! I would stay again.

Breakfast was superb. Had a lot to choose from and did not need lunch after a full self served breakfast Buffett including an omelette station if desired. Love the shared amenities with the Hyatt Regency and closeness the public transportation. (Streetcars and buses)

Can't go wrong for a stay with plans at the Superdome. Not even a 5 minute walk and the breakfast is top notch and free! Hotel does let you check in early/check out late for an additional charge depending on availability and how much time. Very pleasant and enjoyable stay no issues. Will definitely be back!

Great stay, close to the train station. Loved the pool! Clean and very comfortable. Absolutely gorgeous view of the city from the breakfast area.

Close to Superdome, staff very friendly

Check in was quick. The staff was friendly, breakfast was great and the location was consistently located near the ceasar superdome as the site stated. I would definitely recommend and would book again.

Delicious breakfast, omelette station, assorted foods & drinks Helpful staff, clean property 9/10 Only issue I had was with the receptionist from the night shift. Every rude, rolled her eyes at guests walking in & refused to say the total amount of the items we were buying from the market. When I asked her to repeat the price because I couldn’t hear her mumbling she just pointed at the screen and rolled her eyes. Very nasty, but I refused to allow her to ruin my trip. Other than that, all other staff was extremely friendly and welcoming

The hotel was in a great location, it was walking distance to Bourbon st and the Super Dome. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Getting in and out was a little weird since the front desk is on the 11th floor. You have to go through the Hyatt next door. The parking is 45$ a day and they have free breakfast. When I come back to New Orleans, I will most likely stay here again.

The Staff was very helpful and extremely nice. Their customer service was excellent. Heloisa(front desk clerk) was very sweet. Valet were courteous. The linen on the bed had spots and hair on them but were replaced once front desk was notified. The lamp in the room needs to be thrown away it had visible dirt stays. Staff 10/10. Room itself due to cleanliness 6/10.

Everything in the hotel was excellent and staff were very helpful. More than enough choice for breakfast. Overall good value for money. The swimming pool is situated in the adjoining posher Hotel. They supply plenty of towels at the poolside. No parasols provided and pool bar only open on certain days of the week. The patio area definitely needed some maintenance especially with all the weeds.

The location and how comfortable the hotel was really nice Checked in with a upcharge that I didn't expect... I was told my room was $419.00 actually charged me $519.00 didn't get my money back with no valid reason, will not stay there ever again because of that reason alone, it's some kind of scam to keep your security deposit that shouldn't even be on your account it's not even in the description

The Hyatt House was a nice surprise; it was close enough that I could walk or Uber to all the places I wanted to visit, yet far from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter. I recommend it for singles and families looking for a nice, safe place to reside. My only critique was the layout of the hotel; it took me a minute to figure out how to enter and exit, as it is a shared space with a federal contractor. Only one set of elevators will take you to the main floor of the hotel.

Breakfast was good. Room was a nice size.
