Very clean environment and staffing very professional

Room was filthy with dead bugs and rusty bits sticking off the bed frame that I cut my leg on

Its very clea,n it's small but very nice and friendly people work there. I would go back

It’s a place to lay your head and rest and has a shower. Sheets weren’t really clean. Some mold in the shower wall.

The hotel was near the hospital where my brother was admitted so in terms of location it was a perfect solution. However luckily he was discharged to go home in long island city so we had to check-out early. thankyou to booking.com who did the refund quickly and efficiently. the room itself was had one bed for me and my brother which was a shock. they didn't not give us the option to change at the time for two beds. the space was so small hardly place to put suitcases, or even pray. I'm glad i left. no iron found.

The place was terrible. Extremely small. The parking is horrible. We stayed out all day just so we won’t be in the room. Two beds a bathroom and an open space that’s a closet. This looks like a place where you “pay by the hour”. Too much money for the space. We had to sit on the bed to eat and use our legs as the table. Step one side to pass each other. They really need to refund if not all some of my money. It’s not worth it.

Non smoking Windows would not close and the location seemed sketchy

Free parking Tiny room, few amenities

Thr staff were kind, the rooms were clean (but small), matress was good. Subway not too far. We stayed as a family of 6 and it was excellent value for money. The rooms were small but for the price it was ok.

Staff lovely The area

Had to get a room change because the bed sheets wasn’t clean. The second room was no better. The wash cloths had hair on them, the bathroom door was hanging off the frame and the room in all could have been cleaner.
