Amazing Clean the BEST STAFF EVER especially Yousef!! Everyone great , easy accessible from JFK AIR TRAIN - A train to local train( R, N) comfort great view of manhattan from 7 th floor! Modern and clean . Best part arrived from walking at it was very hot and I was tired from traveling. They had fresh made lemonade and homemade chocolate at the entrance with the smiling happy face of Yousef … it only got better from there.. he got us the room with the best view!! Location was perfect. Industry city 2 blocks , best views Great 24 hour Greek classic diner on the corner ( sunset park) cash only ..

Nothing Staff was horrible, facilities overpriced and I was overcharged multiple times for my booking dispute paying though booking and not the actual hotel.

It was so clean and refreshing Breakfast was way to expensive

They gave us a room for 3 grown men with 2 double beds. We may have chosen that room, but when we got there they wouldnt change it. One had to sleep on the floor. The desk people were unfriendly, the room was not clean.
