Nothing special. Sticky floor, small room, but if you need a cheap place where to sleep -best option

The room space so small not like what it shows on the website

I booked the hotel weeks before the trip for 3 adults but they still had one 1 set of bath towels in the room. There were no sheets pillows or blankets for the pull out bed even though I requested it. The bathroom was moldy the sheets were stained and there was very little toilet tissue. The room smelled like pee. Even though I requested a room change it was not available. I haf to seek out house keeping in the basement to provide the correct amount of standard things for a hotel stay. This hotel is just getting by.

It’s clean, cheap and close to the subway. The staff was good, no complaints there. Don’t expect anything fancy — All you need with a 2.5 star hotel.

Room was small but very nice bed and good size bathroom. Refrigerator wasn’t really cold. Only microwave is downstairs in lobby. Very friendly staff. Refreshed rooms and fresh towels everyday. Easy check in and check out. Good area. Close small restaurants and markets with good food. Walking distance to train station. Easy to navigate area. AC was amazing. Enjoyed my stay!

An affordable choice a few blocks from a subway stop. Walkable neighborhood with a variety of restaurant choices--and a bowling alley only a short walk away!

It was super convenient to Industry City. The bedding was minimal. No full length mirror or mirror outside the bathroom. No closet space or hangers.

Location, convenience, cold AC, cold refrigerator. Elevator was functional for entire stay despite numerous complaining about broken elevator Super basic. Almost no amenities. No in-room closet, coffee maker, laundry bags. Communal microwave oven downstairs. Paper thin walls and doors. Internet TV very laggy and buffers all the time when watching web channels

too small and not friendly

Room was clean , property is well maintained, not much parking so alot of driving around as it was always full. My only issue is someone was smoking every night and we could smell it in our room, other than that the stay way good.

The manager is good people and the staff work is very good people. I’ve been here for the last probably a year staying here when I have to stay here every time I stay here the manager and the state of make sure I am good. They take care of me always have taken care of me. I never had no problems if I have a problem or something, I told the manager or staff and they very good handle it whatever I need all I can say I could go anywhere else if I wanted to, but I choose here and I have a good relationship with Phoenix hotel God bless them and the staff I don’t think there’s anything I didn’t like cause they handle everything whatever I need. Everything is fine with me if I have a problem, they just handle the situation.

There’s so much potential for this property to be so much better than it was. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short due to a family emergency but I was very relieved to not have to stay there any longer than I had originally intended. I didn’t feel safe and there were numerous things in the room I was in that needed to be repaired. I won’t be back but I wish them well.
