It was safe quiet and clean. No noise, no funky smells, staff professional and friendly

Ok room. A bit small but had fridge and microwave which was a plus.

The hotel had everything I needed, and overall everything worked well. One of the best parts was the view of the New York skyline from the hotel, which was honestly impressive. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel average rating is pretty spot on, really a 6/10. Parking is very limited, we were lucky to check in early and get a spot so that wasn't a big deal. There was a bug in one of the beds (couldn't tell if it was a bedbug or not) and the front desk person moved us to a different room which was nice. The room itself was definitely small but decent. The breakfast was small and had limited options, I wouldn't rely on it and instead go find something near the hotel. Very plain rooms, no frills. Nice for a budget option. Air conditioning worked great in a crazy heat wave which was nice.

Well my room I had one glass in the restroom. I guess when I inquired about it was told that it was handicap accessible. But I wasn’t informed when booking. Also the room was small. Staff as far as housekeeping barely understood English. Plus she had an attitude. Very upset but I kept a positive attitude. Breakfast could have been better. Could have had a better selection. Other than that location wasn’t that far from the subway so that was convenient. But Ubering can be expensive depending where you’re going and what time. Flying in after 8am from LaGuardia airport gonna cost you. My experience was $70 dollars. I got in around 10am. I can admit there were little things in the surrounding area that was convenient. I made the best of my situation and still had a good time.

Comfortable, clean and quiet

Parking is a first come first serve area. Very limited, thankfully we got a spot. Our only complaint was the bed was too stiff and there was not enough pillows for 2 people to have 2 each. But for a 1 night stay, it was fine

A very nice overall hotel in Brooklyn in the perfect spot surrounded by everything. They have on-site parking, includes breakfast, and the rooms are very clean. Highly recommend staying here and will in the future!

the room was falling apart. when i asked for the room to be cleaned, it wasn’t. I left earlier than my reservation time because I was uncomfortable.

Graet place to stay if you have a car. Room was very comfortable, best shower I've had in NYC.
