Comfy and large bed, enough space in the room for luggages, clean toilet, close to JFK airport Roadworks on the street running all night, it was extremely noisy. Luckily I had hear plugs with me. Hotel should let guests know in advance about this! Breakfast was just ok!

Free breakfast and Wi-Fi were solid, cleaning services were also timely. The fact that it's right between two MTA stations was helpful for sightseeing beyond the immediate area too. Generally pretty solid.

We stayed here two nights in September and especially appreciated how convenient the location was to JFK airport and to public transportation. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and attentive staff. We would stay here again if we needed a hotel close to JFK.

We were staying during a nor’easter with heavy rain and strong wind gusts. Cold air and wind continued coming through the window throughout the night. Even with the window shades completely closed, they did little to block the conditions outside. The temperature in the room became extremely uncomfortable. I then attempted to turn on the heat, only to have a heavy cloud of dust blow out of the heating unit and spread across the bed and throughout the room. At that point, we were essentially left with a choice between being cold or breathing in dust from a clearly neglected heating system. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel room. The conditions made it extremely difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep, and my wife subsequently became sick with a cold following our stay. Regardless of the cause of her illness, the room conditions were certainly not conducive to a comfortable or healthy stay. What made the situation even worse was the lack of an effective solution from hotel staff. Being told that the hotel was full does not excuse leaving a paying guest in a room with a window that does not properly close during a severe storm.

The breakfast was ok The hotel really needs a deep cleaning and needs updating and fixing. There were a lot of things that needed to be fixed. There was damage on the walls, on paintings in the lobby like water damage. There was water damage on the ceiling in my room. I was in room 207 above the bed there’s water damage. The baseboard area was damaged painted over. The damage that was in a hotel on the different things they kind of just painted over it and half painted at that. The shower area needed to be resealed around the bottom of the tiles. This hotel looks like it was a flip job. They did the bare necessities and put cheap furniture in there. They had one luggage card, baby size. You can barely put two suitcases on there. The ramp is not leveled right going down. You also need some type of grip so you don’t slip when it’s wet. The ice machine on my floor did not work. Someone put a stack of clean linen on the floor by the ice machine on level C. I got a picture of that. Just nasty. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of everything.
