Jets Motor Inn

This hotel is using fake pictures on Expedia. The room has cute pictures of a vintage vibe set up but when you check in it looks like a jail cell. The rooms list nonsmoking and a bathtub and it had neither. The entire room smelled like cigarettes and had an ashtray in it. The hallway smelled even worse. There was a dead smeared fly and brown stains on the wall. I am not a confrontational person and stupidly assumed that Expedia would have my back when I showed how blatantly false this listing was but they did not. Do not book here.

Tahmid is great at reception. You need extra towels and pillows because the central a/c gets cold and you can not control it. No smart tv Available. Limited parking. Ask for extra blanket

No smart tv. The a/c is central therefore you can not control it and its freezing at night with one sheet to cover with no extra blanket in the room. And only 2 pillows

No smart tv. Parking is forst come first serve and there is smoking rooms but the customer service over night is the most helpful from the receptionist with glasses. Small towels and only 2 small pillows provided.

Overnight man with glasses has immaculate customer service, anything we needed was well provided for. unfortunately no smart tv which would really be helpful And extra pillows needed in rooms would be great. Bathrooms needs remodeling. Telephones are yellow from how old the plastic is.

The room I was staying had no air conditioner and there was fly. And I felt I was not safe the door only had one lock Nothing

Location Sleazy smell of smoke in the check-in area and the room. I ordered a non smoking room. I couldn’t tell the difference.

What made it worse was the horrible behavior of one of the hotel representatives, an Indian woman at the front desk. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment we interacted. She showed zero interest in helping with even basic requests, rolled her eyes, and spoke in a condescending tone. It felt like we were inconveniencing her just by being guests. Customer service like this ruins what could have been an okay stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially at the rates they charge. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Large bed, spacious room, quiet surroundings, free parking. If you use booking app and pay,Jets motel doesn't receive payment. It only shows as you hold the room and you have to pay on arrival. Towels are small.
