Casa Blanca Hotel Brooklyn

I was initially given a room that seemed to still be occupied. I went back down to the lobby to rectify the mistake. The area around the hotel is nothing to write home about, I had to Lyft to a nicer part of Brooklyn with actual shops and nice cafes and pubs.

For me I’m not satisfied

It's not really a hotel, it's a motel, but the clean rooms and the attentive staff are clean. I still do not recommend it and I will not take it again.

Dirty rooms bathrooms fixtures beds floor was nasty all dirty so gross.

Okay for a last minute stay. Located 10 minutes walking from many great eats.

What I like most was the reliable air conditioning. What I did not like the beds were hard, floors were dirty, tube handle was broken, window curtain was off it’s hinges, no microwave, no coffee, water vendor in the lobby was empty. Basement is not a great location if I child is staying, basement was noisy was house keeping worked the area.

A little dingy, but understandable because you pay for what you get

I could not sleep all night from the noise the plastic made.

The floor was not vacuumed and was filthy. Had only one working bulb in the room. Wallpaper was peeling and window glass was painted over. Only hook in the room to hang clothes was broken. TV did not work. Safety bolt on the door was broken. There were hair on the bathroom floor and water pressure in the sink was non-existent. There was no toilet paper holders in place, so every time you pulled on TP it fell out of the slot. "Free parking" they advertise is a total BS. They saud no hotel parking was available and told me to park under the BQE bridge. I stayed two nights and both nights I got $65 tickets for parking under the bridge. The hotel is located in a very shady area and I did not feel safe walking outsude with my wallet in my pocket at night. Lots of businesses close to the hotel closed befire dark The bed was just okay. This establishment should be sued for false advertising.

The noise from other guests repeatedly slamming the exit door and not closing it properly when entering or leaving the building was very disruptive. It woke me up multiple times throughout the night. My room was located on the third floor.

Don't go here. Everything was false advertising, I wish I could post pictures. We asked a refund and we did not even get that. I am very upset. I will be writing to ask for another attempt at a refund.

The staff is never at the front desk. If you don’t have the code to get in you can wait for someone to come and let you in for 15-20 min outside in the cold or in the heat depending on time of year

Bedroom sheets were disgusting, asked for them to be changed and that was never done.

Always nice to stay at this simple but amazingly location. No amenities but the hotel is in the heart of fort green brooklyn. A plus

Fair price. It had A/C Noise from highway is very loud. Room didn’t have curtains, but rather windows were painted, which gave the room a depressing vibe. It’s called a HOTEL but looks more like a MOTEL, I was concerned about our safety. Room had certain stains on walls and floor. Room had a random table that didn’t go well with the room. Dusty fridge, didn’t feel comfortable opening it.

Very clean.
