Perfect for what we needed
-
The room was clean (daily) and the staff was accommodating and knowledgeable. I will make this my go to location for future stays.

Excellent hotel at a decent price. A short walk to the subway, a short walk to restaurants, clean, and has a lovely cafe.

My significant other and I came for my birthday / the J Cole concert. Upon entry, the staff was very welcoming and helpful! They were straightforward, and I could tell they knew their job well. The room was clean and fully stocked with what I needed for my 3-night stay (towels, toilet paper, sheets, etc). I even left something, and when I called, the staff were very helpful in confirming the item I had left. I would absolutely stay here again if I visit Brooklyn in the future.

Good place to just crash for a night or two. Walkable distance to metro station, eateries, shopping, etc. but, the metro is a 5-10 mins walk depending on which line you need to take.

I would appreciate a phone call or a credit back for the mix up with the room bed size. also because we had to ask for a coffee pot. we had to ask for a ironing board and never received one. I was told after 1/2 hour of waiting for one there was not one available. the staff told me the bed size was because its New York. I thought she was joking, she was not. very disappointed for the price.

The security in the early AM was super Helpful with ensuring i could get a room the very last minute. Shout out to him and the young lady at the desk who also greatly assisted me. 20/10

Great staff very helpful

The hotel is nice and in a nice location in Brooklyn. The only thing was the air conditioner did not get any colder then 67. I reported this to the front desk and they had the engineer come up to fix it. The engineer said all the a/c's do not go past 67 and told me he took it off hold so it would continually blow. Once he left the a/c continued to turn on and off causing the room to get hotter and hotter in between. Yet when we were in the hallways and the lobby the a/c is blowing strongly and consistently. They should invest in a better hvac system for the individual rooms. Needless to say we only stayed one night due to the heat.

Location and rooftop bar/lounges!
-
It was a decent hotel. Probably meant for a short stay rather a week stay. The rooms are only lit by two lamps. The shower doesn't have a sliding door so it was a struggle to not get water everywhere. The elevators were incredibly slow. There's only two main ones for the first 6 floors and it was difficult at time to get to our room.

There were never enough towels or washcloths. They reluctantly gave out towels and washcloths when I asked for one of each per person. They provided one washcloth for two people.
-
Very noisy. Staff unappreciative about saying that guest with dog was being g discourteous to orhe guests letting dog bark all hours of night. Would not stay there again.
-
Very inexpensive and cute.

Our room was very clean. And the concierge desk was super helpful with whatever we needed.

No continental breakfast, just regular breakfast pastries you have to pay for, I was told by the front desk continental breakfast served up to 2pm, but when I went to see what was served there was nothing.
