It was nearby to transit The first couple nights had no AC and I was offered nothing for it, 2 fans were put in my room during the SUMMER

Room was great. The staff was excellent - they took care of checking our luggage until we could check-in, and they got us a taxi to the airport the next morning. We left the day before the nor’easter hit town. Explained about using the elevator - needed to swipe the black button before touching the room floor…

The trip gets 5 stars for the staff alone. Impeccible levels of customer service.

Great location and friendly staff. Building needed upgrades and onsite restaurants were closed or under renovation which was unfortunate. Only 2 of the 4 elevators worked and the two that worked made noise so loud it could be heard in the room.

Everything about this place was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily. Booked another stay with them!

The location was great. The rooms were horrible - strip lighting, paint and wallpaper peeling, broken tap, stickers on the walls, filthy and needed a repainting 20 years ago.

Everything was good the only problem I had was the elevator noise in the night and I know that’s not something they can change. However I did not encounter any problems. The place is clean too.
