Staff was helpful in asking if we needed extra towels and water for our room. Front desk helped arrange ride to airport that was cheaper than ride share.

Sherraton downtown Brooklyn was a very comfortable place to sleep in and the beds were as soft as a cloud. The room was very clean and neat and the showers were refreshing to shower in. Feedback: The water pressure coming out of the shower was a little inconsistent but it was not a major problem. Other than that you guys are good to go and I know that other people are going to love the hotel a lot.
