Ace Hotel Brooklyn

Stayed for 4 days as my daughter was married in the city on a Friday. Had 10 rooms for both families spreading on 5 floors. You need room key to access elevator and are only allowed to access the floor your room is on. Very difficult to visit others rooms preparing on wedding day. I would not recommend weekend. The hotel hosts a "club" party on Friday and Saturday nights for 200-300 people (not patrons of hotel) in lobby and front outdoor entrance (much pot being smoked) late evening for several hours. This party should've been hosted elsewhere in hotel as guests were unable to enjoy a cocktail in the lounge after a long day.

Professional and pleasant staff at front desk. Onsite restaurant with great service. Also the clean room, and beds were made daily. Hotel is accessible to several modes of transportation. I liked the quiet room, and that we could walk or get transportation easily. There was a water machine on our floor, and I could refill my thermos. We both hit our legs on the hard edge of the bed closest to the bathroom. Didn’t see an ice machine on our floor.

The hotel is very well connected to various subway lines. It is located in a quiet and clean neighborhood but with many shops and places to eat nearby

needs major updates. dirty rugs and bathroom tiles with soap scum. Worn out furniture

Stayed for our friends wedding and the team was super accommodating, great location, cute rooms, would def stay again. Thank you!!

Lovely property and great location in Brooklyn Cost per night was high but it is expensive city in general

Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Gave us a really nice corner room. It was very quiet and easy to get good rest on our trip! Very walkable, close to subway stations, coffee shops, etc. We checked out things all over NYC and it was a good central home base. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to NYC!

Hotel vibe lively and cool. Room was basic comfortable and clean. Easy access via train. Some nice cafes around. Friend staff. Great value for money.
