It’s a lot of fun. Public spaces are varied and filled with people chatting, at computers, reading, drinking coffee or cocktails. Amazing view from my 8th floor window. Convenient to leafy neighborhoods, subways, trains, shops & restaurants. It’s a little tired. Due for a rehab
