Hilton Brooklyn New York

The room was clean, the staff was so beyond friendly and helpful! It was a great location in brooklyn to get on the train and explore. Nice neighborhood. All around a great experience for our stay in New York!

Good location, useful and kind staff with good service.

We couldn’t valet at your property and that was extremely inconvenient, your dining room wasn’t open but you could still order from the menu in the bar area, our waiter was the bartender and he was excellent. I am handicapped and getting in and out of the room in a wheelchair was impossible. I had to walk in and out then sit in w/c. The carpet outside the bathroom was soaking wet I had to soak it up with towels.

Everything was fine other than the parking situation on arrival which was non-existent.

Great stay

Staff is so nice here! They have a spacious drop off pick up area, you cam always easily get into your uber. Their breakfast is actually good and I like that they have spacious room.

We tried to get a drink but took a while as bar tender was fixing a keg and getting ice. When we tried to leave he was no where to be found so the desk attendant took care of us so we could close out. Too many issues for premium hotel ($$$) Otherwise, a great location, facility, room and staff.

Very clean. Staff was helpful, hotel let us use the facility fee as hotel credit.

Everything was great especially the location near the subways and restaurants.

Our television wasn’t working when we got there and Julio came to the room and was terrific. He went above and beyond to help fix the problem. He was so friendly. He deserves a raise!

Negatives: The a/c needed to be fixed twice and the elevators weren’t working when departing.

A stay during the World Cup was made even better at this awesome hotel! Staff was friendly and engaged with my kids about the games!

Carne restaurant was good albeit expensive Bar had limited hours but generally good

We had an early flight and was able to get an early check in. No hassle, no problem! If anything, the two 50+ inch flat screen in our room were a bit out of sync, so it created a slight audio echo effect..../s
