NU Hotel Brooklyn

This property is not as depicted at all. Pictures are completely inaccurate. We were extremely uncomfortable and left after one hour. Do not book here.

Clean room and staff helpful. Convenient location.

the room was comfortable if a little small. are stay was not a vacation, we live near by but are apartment is under construction. The front doors are hard to manuver

Everything was good!!

Very good

The breakfast was perfect, better than I expected. Location was great as there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Quiet and safe to walk around.

I also love the character of the hotel. My room had a beautiful, colourful mural, which made it feel much more unique and personal than a typical hotel room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the gym is another great feature, especially for a longer stay. Overall, NU Hotel has a warm, individual character, and the staff's willingness to accommodate guests' needs is what keeps me coming back.

the room we got was terrible- the shower did not work and the towels were bad- but they chnaged the room on our request the next morning- will not stay here again

Great location for exploring brooklyn, and easy subway trip to Manhattan from Jay St. Clean, large rooms. Simple amenities. Stayed here twice now and it's still great value for being so close to Cobble Hill, Fort Greene and downtown Brooklyn.

Everything was great

Very good

We will stay there again!!

I stay here often. The staff is always friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are pristine. The location is great. They have a fridge in the room, which is important for me and on my latest visit they had added a microwave!

Also the water tap is the best, cold water, hot water and bubbly water any time of the day. That’s a plus for me.

Convenient location Finding parking was not the easiest.

Fabulous location in a wonderful area full of wonderful community spirit. Lovely comfortable stylish rooms . There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel.

No air conditioning in breakfast area. Rooms didn’t cool. No fridge or microwave in our room. Needs cleaning attention

It was okay for 1 night.. I wouldn’t stay longer than that. It isn’t the cleanest also could use some upgrades.

Location and quiet

The staff! From the moment we checked in with Pranav, to the moment we departed with hotel employee, all gave excellent service. Special kudos to them and their professionalism. Quick shout out also to hotel employee and our housekeeping crew. Job well done to all.
