Room was nice and got the new one.

staff is very helpful and pleasant

- took hours of calling repeatedly to get any fixes, told someone would be coming up in 15 min but never came - was so bad we had to switch rooms - weird liquid leaked on the floor, stained clothes - told housekeeping about it, never got cleaned - elevators barely worked, frequently had to wait 20-30 min b/c kept skipping floors - keycards would stop working randomly - please, avoid this hotel unless you don’t care about the above

i wouldn’t stay here again, room is very outdated furniture chipped and broken up. Bathroom is very very small. The walls of the room are stained. This hotel needs a complete makeover.

The hot tub jets don't work properly. The dry sauna does not work at all. The steam sauna, though it works, smells strongly of mold and mildew. When I brought these issues up to staff, we were offered complimentary breakfast. We begrudgingly accepted since Expedia orders can't be refunded. I will admit the breakfast was delicious. Overall, they did try to solve our problems, but I can't recommend to others =(

Hotel could use some renovations. The place was relatively clean. But the carpets were sticky, and looked like they had never been cleaned before. Hotel furniture was very old and wore out. The bed was nice comfortable though. Jacuzzi smelled weird. Wifi was slow. Overall, a good place to stay if you want to be in a good location. We also locked in a good price. Again, the place was comfortable enough, but nothing to write home about.

The stay was nice. My room was clean and tidy. My only thing is that the shower floor was dirty and the light was broken underneath the lamp. But overall, the staff were helpful, the room was clean, room service staff cleaned the room well when I returned, and although it wasn't stated in my booking, there is access to a microwave in the lobby.

The elevators were slow and we resorted to using the stairs a lot. They still haven’t removed the $150 incidental charge fee and I’ve been dealing with this for over 2 weeks!!!

I didn't appreciate the price changes. I was sold one thing and got there exact opposite. No microwave No iron!!!!!

Dirty and noisy, with a furniture suite in the room that should have been replaced years ago.

The bed was comfortable and it was quiet during sleeping hours, which are the two most important things to me. The location was good. The downside was the old carpet, which was so gross that I didn’t take off my socks.

Can't complain I would stay again. I wish my furniture was a bit newer in the room that is my only complaint. The location is perfect, the rooms were clean and the staff was fine. This maybe my go to hotel for NY visits, I got so much done throughout Brooklyn. Plus there are plenty of neat clubs and attractions nearby.
