Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown

Perfect location, close to Brooklyn Bridge and subway. Excellent service at the front desk. And the breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of choices.

Staff was helpful Parking a great problem As you had to pay $45.00 per day and you cannot go in and out Therefore we had to leave the car in the parking and take Ubers around the city Transport was very expensive

Clean room, air conditioning very good, can open window and listen to the NYC traffic. Overall great stay. Somewhat close to attractions.

The front lobby staff was always super welcoming and helpful. KY, Derrin and the other gentleman was super helpful the moment we got there. We’d stay there again mainly to work with them

Great location, close to cruise line

We had caution tape in our room, and when I informed the receptionist, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Why would they put us in a room like this with our kids? There was also a strange smell coming from the vents. I didn’t enjoy my stay here and will never book again.

Great hotel close to Dumbo at foot of the bridge. The front desk staff and bartender were both extremely friendly and had great customer service skills.

This hotel is good! The adjacent parking is fantastic and reasonably priced for New York. The room is small but well-equipped with everything you need. Having breakfast included is convenient, though the quality could be improved, the cheese omelettes were burned and with no cheese and the coffee dark roast tasted like water, I also tried think adding gluten-free bread or bagel options would make a big difference. Location-wise, it’s a 10-minute walk to a direct subway line that got us to Times Square in under 30 minutes
