On a negative note, the driver of the free hotel shuttle van from the Federal Circle Airtrain station drove recklessly and speeded through a red light.

Was not offered the cookie. Also airport shuttle took over an 1/2 hour to come. We had to call twice. However good shuttle at 4:30 in the morning .

Perfect place for staying when you have an early flight out of JFKor are transferring from far away. Very comfortable and clean.

I stayed here a day before and a day after international flights. These were probably the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I got really good rest! They also have a very reliable shuttle that runs on the hour and half hour, so very convenient to and from JFK Airport. The front desk staff was very helpful and the warm cookie doesn't hurt :)

It was noisy during the night so sleeping was difficult. Perhaps the single paned windows didn’t help.

The rooms air conditioning unit was so loud, that sleeping was difficult. Turning it off was not an option as it was warm in the room already. The shuttle driver to the airport tried to leave ahead of the scheduled time, which was prevented by other passengers. Then he was communicating in such a way, that people got off at the wrong terminal, only when I intervened, they got back on the bus and got to the correct terminal. He said he was already driving for 21 hours, since he was the only driver that day as others had called in sick. All in all, I was disappointed and don't feel that I got what I paid for.

The shuttle service was great! Good timing and easy to use! The drivers were kind and helpful for the most part.

Close to airport. Comfortable bed. Noisy banging doors. Can hear next room flush toilet. Cheap decor and staff left us waiting 20 mins for shuttle bus that wasn’t coming! Didn’t bother telling us. Had to get taxi in the end. Airline staff took up most of reception area , instead of asking another staff member to come check in people they stood there. I had to ask to be seen.

We had a very good stay and experience at your hotel. Stay was very good!
