DoubleTree by Hilton New York JFK Airport

Restaurant was good and the shuttle was convenient for early morning JFK flight.

I arrived at the hotel around 8:00am, the staff was very punctuate about their early check in policy. She checked me in at noon time, not even 5 minutes earlier. I have waited in the airport for the whole night without much sleep. So the early check in policy helps a lot. The room is fairly clean except the toilet area floor, I spot hairs that do not belong to me. The bed are comfortable, room is spacious enough. Modern cooler tone of decor makes the room feels calm. I enjoyed the free bottles of water and tea. Coffee not so much. But glad it is convenient. The gym is very nice, they have everything I need to have a meaning work out. Last thing to mention, the room has water residue smell. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The stay at the Double Tree was excellent. The staff were very courteous. Rooms was clean - no complaints. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

This is a perfect hotel if you arrive at JFK and want a hotel within 2 miles and a free hotel shuttle to the hotel which runs every 30 minutes 24/7. You can even take the shuttle back to JFK from the hotel to catch the E-tram to the subway to get into the city.

Appreciated the timely shuttle to JFK and one of the best hotel fitness center I have experienced. Clean, well maintained, spacious and offering broad range of activities.

The room was clean, check in was slow, service was slow, food was over priced. It was marginal.

Someone called my room from reception at 0200 for a wake up call!! Thanks for that, wrong room!!! Something I didn’t request. Not amused considering I only arrived at 2330 and had to be up at 0445!

The WORST hotel stay ever. It’s boiling hot in NY now and the Air Con was a disaster. I went to sleep with the A/C on and set at 68. Woke up at midnight with the room at almost 80! The reception sent someone who reset it and it worked for another hour and the same problem again! My flight from JFK was at 6 AM so I had to be up at 4 AM either way … complete s**t show - unhelpful and absolutely terrible! NEVER AGAIN!

Super nice, clean room; a bit pricey, but worth the peace of mind

The receptionists were quite rude and unhelpful, there were a few hairs on our towels and the toilets from other rooms were loud

Spacious room. Latoya at the front desk was wonderful. Helped set me up with a ride to Newark airport. Breakfast is great. All staff helpful and smiling. Highly recommend

Airport shuttle was clean and efficient! Restaurant on site was helpful. Cookies at check-in are always good!
