Hampton Inn NY-JFK

The parking attendant was amazing when we arrived friday. We wanted free parking and he was awesome. I wish I got his name for a shot out. He definitely told us what we needed to do, and the areas to park in. The water was hot! It felt great especially since we was on the 8th floor. I also liked that you have to have a keycard to use the elevator. The guy that checked us in stood there and looked at me waiting for a payment. He didn't even tell me that the card machine was ready. I figured he needed to do something. Then finally my husband came over and paid. Also, if your going to charge a fee for a room tell us before hand on the booking app. 50.00 fee for room fully refundable once you check out. Also, when it rained it interrupted the TV signal. It was horrible. Then it stopped raining, back to normal.

Great location to JFK with a free airport shuttle, Breakfast was great, spacious lobby to hang out in and they allowed us a late checkout which was great!

Comfortable stay!

Very accessible to the airport. Parking fees were excessive at $50 /day plus an incidential fee and the lot was very congested. The Parking staff addendents were attentive.

nice hotel

Kim at the bar was extremely kind and caring. Room decor was, very dated. Carpet in hallway, was very dirty. Small stains on sheets. Very disappointing, for a HILTON property. I endured because I was leaving early next morning.

There was nothing wrong with the Hampton Inn except for the construction going on. The room was clean and fine. Everything was good. I had to leave for the airport at 3:45 and they offered an early to go breakfast, which was very helpful. The airport shuttle was very helpful as well.

I only stayed one night, but a good night is a good night

Very clean and the shuttle service is friendly for people arriving late at the airport. The air conditioning is loud.

Convenient to JKF airport. Was a one night stay staff was nice and shuttle was quick.

It met our needs and expectations.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed, a place to stay to be close to the airport for an early flight. Staff was great, and the shuttle to the airport was perfect . The neighborhood around the hotel was not easy to navigate, and not alot of options for food, so we ordered food for delivery.
