Pitiful. The property is in shoddy shape right from the entrance. The carpets and walls are filthy, furnishings are stained and very worn, and the staff was unwelcoming and seemingly poorly trained. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Only redemption was the airport shuttle service.

If you have an early flight and think you can check in early bright something comfortable to lay your head on while you wait. No rooms available until after 1pm. The staff especially Ms. Pony was very nice and tried to help as much as she could.

The room was ok, definitely had old carpets, and tubs, no unpleasant odor but didn’t feel fresh and clean. There was a mini fridge and a coffee maker that brewed a cup. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice, white, and clean. The staff during the day was pleasant and helpful, when we arrived in the evening, there were quite a few people who got off the shuttle with us and we felt rushed. We are not given any information about the amenities, breakfast or the shuttle.

We got grounded in EWR and needed a JFK airport for the night prior to our rebooking. We were thrilled to find that a breakfast buffet was included in our price and that even though the hotel does not have a restaurant, it has a bar at dinner time that offers many options. Beds are comfy. They offer free airport transportation although we chose Lyft which is inexpensive since close to the airport. NA
