It would be nicer if someone waits in the front of the hotel to help visitors for valet parking. When I first get to the hotel, it was difficult to find somebody for help.

This property made me forget I was in Queens. A truly beautiful property with the most pleasant and wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend it. Just booked a return trip.

Very nice modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the restaurant. Our room was immaculate.Free shuttle service to/free JFK airport was well organised and a short ride. Breakfast was likely the best hotel food I’ve ever eaten, and bar food delicious.

Rolling shower floods floor can cause slip accidents.

Hotel was clean and they had lots of items for sale in the lobby if you forgot something. We did not eat there, due to limited time, but the restaurant looked lovely. The shuttle and front desk employees were super friendly and lovely to deal with. Would 100% stay there again if I needed to.

Great location and staff helpful. I thought for this amount of money, the hotel would be more luxurious. Not modern and no swimming pool. But fitness was great though.

Room was decent standard. Good bed. Good shuttle service to airport. Bar staff were great but bar itself was “ok” at best.

The staff was very helpful and sweet. The food was very expensive and the sandwich I got was not very good. Otherwise, the options were good.
