Can be better, but not the worst for an airport hotel.

Very convenient for an early flight out of JFK. Parking was a little crazy upon arrival, let’s see how it is once we arrive back!

The lady at the front desk was very professional and polite when I checked in late the night and she maintained that same professional demeanor when I checked out very early the next morning. The shuttle service was punctual and the driver was polite . I would definitely recommend this property!

Clean and convenient

Overall, very aged and lacking in amenities. If not for the proximity to the airport, there’s no real benefit to staying here.

Hotel in general is well appointed esp for an airport property. Food is pricey but very good. Delightful stay overall. Just one point: need to upgrade those bath towels! Thanks Marriott JFK! You did well!

We had a great stay! The staff was pleasant and wonderful to work with. They were hospitable and accommodating. The food from the restaurant was delicious, the bar was open late, and the space was beautiful. We stayed here out of convenience and it aided our arrival to JFK for our early flight. They offer long term parking and a shuttle to and from the airport. If you’re flying in or out of JFK, this is the best place to stay!

The hotel is well-maintained, attractive and with helpful, friendly staff. However -- most of the reason we rent hotel rooms is for a room with a bed. The mattress in my room was probably the most uncomfortable mattress I've slept on in my adult life, rivaling the crappy mattresses we got in our college dorm rooms. Lumpy and soft, sagging in the center, no support... unacceptable, and outrageous given the price of the room. My two companion travelers, including the one that slept in the other bed, agreed.

Clean room and staff was very helpful

Room was standard, 2 queen beds. Clean. Staff recommended a local pizza place where we ordered dinner that was excellent. Airport van was super convenient.

Wonderful hotel in a safe and convenient location to JFK. The staff was superb! Shuttle service was great.

We had an overnight layover and this was perfect after a long day of flying back from Europe. The hotel was convenient, very nice, and the bed was very comfortable! Well worth it in between flights.
