The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the metro and centrally located. The neighborhood was quiet enough. The room was big and clean. The view of the one small window was of the roof heating/cooling systems. The window had black masking tape around the edges. The room was a little dark. The energy rating was a D.

The location is wonderful and the bed is very comfortable It could use a renovation mainly the carpets and elevators

Everything was fine, till they charge me almost 600$ when I left, and I called them and the lady said because I “smoked” in the room when I don’t smoke and I had my son with me, she said “we know when a person it’s a smoker” what kind of answer is that, terrible experience. Not to mention they have a night club in the second floor that they didn’t mention and it’s very loud.

My dad had a medication that needed to be refrigerated and the staff was very kind and went out of their way to accommodate including after checkout when we were storing our luggage. Thanks so much!!

Elevators need maintenance (doors scraped and squealed when opening and closing); window in the room had duct tape sealing it to prevent drafts.

It’s a well located, very solid hotel room for the cost. I’d stay there again.

The room was very clean and the staff was great. Air-conditioning was amazing and perfect. So close to so many cool things to see. Very close to subway system, Penn Station, and Central Park. I feel like the cost was a little misleading. You have the booked room cost and then there are daily fees and deposits of $500. I’ve stayed at several hotels in the city and I haven’t had something like that happen before. Plus, there are fees for every day on top of the room rate. I think their room cost would still be competitive and the location is GREAT, but I think they should be more open and honest about the actual cost instead of putting it in the fine print. Also, I had a tag on my door for no cleaning cause I was staying for several days, but they went in anyway. That was disappointing. Overall, the staff was truly remarkable, and the best pizza place right around the corner. Plus you have a 17th floor view of the city, which was spectacular.

The whole place is a little old and worn but a great location and clean room for a fair price…my only complaint is that the elevator was next to our room and made horrendous noises that made the time in room unpleasant. When brought to the front desk attention, there was no response. A good spot in the heart of midtown🗽

Soaker tub. Hot shower. Comfortable bed. Coffee maker. Fridge available. Good location. Quiet rooms I would stay again and recommend.
