I travelled with my two grandchildren and the location of the hotel was perfect. The room was very spacious and having a kitchen extremely helpful. The staff was very nice and always willing to help us. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our time at The Lombardi Hotel. The rooms were spacious and the staff were super friendly. The rooms seem to have different themes and when my wife didn’t like the themed room we were in, the staff allowed her to tour the available rooms and find something more fitting. 5 stars!

I highly recommend the place for anyone.

I was here to do a book signing for The Peace Guidebook at the Barnes & Noble on 5th Avenue. Everyone at The Lombardy was so incredible and supportive. This is such a lovely hotel in all aspects. Our room (517) was impeccable. Great stay! Great energy from staff and other guests. Highly recommend!

virtually no dishes or kitchen ware. no access to vending but no room service. I checked in for 3 nights but everyday, my keycard was only renewed for 24 hours, despite my prepaid reservation & AMEX card. I would get to the room, key would not work... then be forced to go BACK down the elevator & wait in line to get it updated. very frustrating. the staff eas excellent.

It would be nice to have more plates and wine glasses in the kitchen

I was told to come back in the morning to see if I could switch then. I wasn't offered to pay for a new category of room, just dismissed. The room was an older room in the property and noisy. The next day, I went to my office and when I came back, the room hadn't even been cleaned. I had to ask for that. The water and the cups in my room were not replaced. It was not an inexpensive hotel and for the same price, there are many nicer hotels with friendlier staff nearby. I would not recommend staying here.

Amazing stay.

Clean room, excellent staff from check-in to housekeeping. I loved the kitchenette. I did not beg or ask for water replacement, but if they see you are drinking the Lavazza coffee, they should replace the bottled water daily. I did not care for the lack of lighting in the room since there was no make-up mirror in the bathroom and no lighting over the table and chairs in the room. Two of the 7 lamps did not work. The TV greeted me with someone elses name and they told me to ignore it. I wasn't able to use the remote to change channels until day 2. I love the Lombardy because it is spacious, quiet, and in the middle of everything. I wish there were more services available on site for refreshments.

Loved the stay, very central, my room specifically was great (modern light themed room 509). Every room is different look. Lots of services and restaurants at the doorstep, 7 minute brisk walk to Nobu and the LV trunk area. Kind cleaning staff, convenient to have fridge and small kitchenette amenities. Will stay again!

Perfectly located, friendly staff and huge rooms!

Location is great. It is close to metro stations and 5th Ave. we booked the double queen bed suites which are very spacious. while the restrooms are small and not clean.

The Lombardy is really tired. Sad. Amazing bones and location. Not 4* by any means

Kitchen was slightly small and a bit poorly designed. Rest all were great, we enjoyed the stay.
