Great location. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Bathroom updated but small. Small kitchen lacked necessary kitchenware to do any cooking/eating.

The hotel did not look as advertised in the photos. Our room had a weird smell. Our thermostat did not work properly. We couldn’t even use the TV to watch stuff on Youtube. It kept kicking us out

Quiet, clean, and spacious room. Great location and no long waits for elevators. Plus the doorman gave out cold water coming home late at night. We'll be back!

We really loved our stay at the Lombardy. The staff was great, suite was clean and had a ton of character. What we loved most was that the suite really gave us the New York experience feeling. It didn’t feel like a regular hotel, more of a Airbnb / hotel vibe which we really enjoyed. Like you were coming back to an apartment rather than just a room. It felt homey and was a great place to unwind after exploring the city. We had a 2 bedroom suite. Plus location is awesome! Walking distance to Central Park, Times Sqaure, the Rockefeller center, 5th Ave, subway lines, places to eat, etc. - just to name a few. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location, and the room was very large. However, it is a very dated hotel.

The Lombardy was welcoming and allowed for a clean, comfortable place to stay while visiting New York city. Having reasonably priced suite with a small kitchen and a separate bedroom was a gift. I would definitely stay here again.
