Hyatt Regency JFK Airport at Resorts World New York

The mandatory $10 purchase at the lobby shop is a rip off. We didn’t want/need anything and were forced to spend $10.

The room felt very new and clean. The room had a nice TV and plenty of USB and power outlets on both sides of the bed. The shower was very nice. The bathroom could have used a few more towel racks. I wouldn't exactly call the view of the parking garage and Queens a "city view." The casino next door could have used a little more entertainment. The Sugarfactory restaurant next door had terrible service at breakfast. It took 15 minutes before our order was taken and then we had to ask multiple times before our coffee showed up and then asked multiple times for milk and sugar once it did.

I had a wonderful time staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel it was my birthday on the 16th I checked in at the 14th they were extra special they sent me a bottle of Moet champagne for my birthday the rooms were wonderful I stay every year for the last 3 years at this hotel for my birthday the staff is wonderful everything is wonderful I enjoy and I'm coming back next year for my 80th God bless all the staff they're wonderful

Save your money!! Or go to ACor PA!! Other than the location there is no reason to visit this establishment. The dealers in the casino are crooked and untrained. It was necessary to report Resorts to the gaming commission for fraud. Service in general, both in the hotel & casino, was horrible. The A/C in the room barely worked. The room telephone did not work. I had to go downstairs just to ask for pillows because there were only 2 pillows in the room. The bed felt like it was about to break anytime I moved. There is absolutely no entertainment & the room was extremely overpriced. Horrible birthday weekend experience. What a disappointment!!

The property is always clean, customer service is excellent

The hotel is so close to JFK airport and nice bonus to have the casino and restaurant/ food court options right there. Will definitely book it again

However, my experience with one of the male staff members working in the evening was not as pleasant. I asked for help getting some utensils and a plastic plate, and he came across as a bit rude and unwilling to assist. I would have gladly paid for the plate if there was a charge. Overall, the staff was okay, but I do feel there is room for improvement when it comes to being warmer and friendlier with guests.
