Customer service at the front desk was not pleasing. A young man assisted us. Unfortunately i did not get his name. I also missed that it was a additional $45 a day for parking

Close to the airport. Over priced rooms, cocktails and food. Hotel staff could also be a bit more friendly vs short, abrupt responses to questions.

The front desk was very helpful.

Staff was friendly and free shuttle service was useful to get to and from airport. The hotel was clean, but felt a bit stale. The hotel overall was subpar and the food was just okay. My key card didn't work and I had to go down to the desk twice to get it fixed and get new cards for entry.

Very clean, quick pick up at the airport

The rooms are very well appointed and clean. And the staff is nice. Perhaps a bit understaffed. If you need to be close to the airport, this is a great option. We took a rideshare instead of the shuttle to the airport because the shuttle does not drop you off at the terminal. You have to take a train to the terminal. So definitely inquire about that.

Room was clean however the shower glass kept sliding open. The garden grill food was very good. Staff friendly

I had to take an uber 1130pm as solo female traveler from shady place Plus is hotel store w snacks , easy to deliver food via door dash Am shuttle starts at 5 am and reliable

I forget to wear my jacket in the closet in my room 617. I hope I get the stuff back.
