Comfort Inn JFK Airport

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms the friendliness of the staff the breakfast was pretty good and the airport shuttle was on point took me directly to where I wanted to be I would stay there again and I would also recommend it.

Arrived at midnight and needed to be at JFK at 5:30am. Was a clean, quiet place to sleep for a few a hours before a long travel day. The bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress and soft, clean sheets. The free shuffle left on time and we arrived at the airport with time to spare. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is flying out of JFK.

Room was clean and staff was nice but there were guests yelling in the hallway at 3am and constant slamming of doors that didn't allow for a good nights sleep

The staff was very nice. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable and very close to JFK. Perfect for what we needed

The staff were mostly very helpful with only a few exceptions. Be aware this hotel does not have parking. Finding parking on the street can be challenging. The included breakfast is just passable.

The ceiling was leaking, and the room had a bad odor. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Great location close to the airport. Great shuttle bus driver very friendly decent food options in the area room very small but typical for New York. Very very clean only downfall. There was some leakage from the AC from room above in my room was nice at the elevator not a great selection great front desk customer service breakfast very mediocre not the bus overall decent day.

Comfortable bed.

Check in was easy . Room big enough. Bed was dirty sheets weren’t clean . Hair was found on the sheets . Had them changed immediately

The room was very small, dirty, and uncomfortable, and there wasn’t even a microwave available. For the amount we paid, I expected a much cleaner and more comfortable room with basic amenities. Another major issue was the lack of parking, which made the stay even more inconvenient. On top of that, the staff were rude and unhelpful when we tried to address our concerns. Overall, I do not feel that this hotel was worth anywhere close to $250 per night. I expected much better cleanliness, comfort, amenities, parking, and customer service. I would strongly recommend that management address these issues because the experience was extremely disappointing.
