What a lovely stay! This hotel was perfect for us. It was right near where my daughter lives. The rooms are spacious, renovated, clean and just perfect. Comfy bed. The staff was so friendly each person we came in contact with was so helpful. Trendy rooftop bar/restaraunt. Lovely indoor lobby restaraunt /bar.

Front desk staff were disorganized. On check in, they said my reservation had been cancelled. Then they said I was supposed to have checked in the day before. I had to show him my reservation confirmation. Then he said they did not have the King room I reserved so he put us in a very tiny double bed room for the first night. No offer to refund the difference. The room had a lot of street noise.

The staff was exceptional! They added such a personal touch & made sure our stay was wonderful! The hotel was clean & beautiful. We loved the rooftop bar & the free drink tickets when we arrived. Everything was wonderful! We had an early morning flight on Sunday & unfortunately had to sleep on a Saturday night when the rooftop was SUPER loud. The DJ kept screaming into the mic & it was almost unbearable. But other than that, everything was great!

The staff was wonderful. From check-in to check-out. We had an issue with our first room and they were incredibly accommodating without a single question. Elizabeth who took care of us all afternoon at the roof top bar while watching the World Cup was a treasure. So enjoyed all of it!

Nice location and clean rooms. Staff was nice and accommodating. You need to request a mini fridge if you want one in the room though.

Hotel is always immaculate and staff are friendly. If you like bagels the place next door has the best bagels, spreads, & muffins and there’s always a line out the door .. We always make sure to stop in at least one time during our stay and enjoy one.
