The staff was the very best!!! They go above and beyond.

Crystal and Chuck (desk and doorman) were just amazingly helpful!! We moved our daughter into NYU and they stored a ton of luggage for us, as well as loaded and unloaded it twice! Pretty large room for NYC with 2 queens. Very clean. Only complaint was the AC was a little noisy, but it did drown out any street noise. Great location! So many walkable dining choices! They provided a suburban for us (at a small cost) back to the airport at an obscenely early hour.

Excellent hotel stay. Clean, super friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room, nice bathroom. Good storage everywhere except in the bathroom where it would be nice to have at least one shelf, cabinet, etc. Strong a/c. Great location. Someone almost always there to open the door and greet us. Hotel arranged a first class ride back to LGA for the same price as a taxi. Would happily stay at Park South Hotel again.

The location of the hotel is so convenient with the metro station in the same block. There is a coffee shop shop, a restaurant and a bar at the hotel and many other eateries and coffee shops nearby. Would stay again

We loved this place! It was perfect location to sight see and enjoy NYC. Also was so uniquely a beautiful hotel.

What a lovely stay! This hotel was perfect for us. It was right near where my daughter lives. The rooms are spacious, renovated, clean and just perfect. Comfy bed. The staff was so friendly each person we came in contact with was so helpful. Trendy rooftop bar/restaraunt. Lovely indoor lobby restaraunt /bar.

Front desk staff were disorganized. On check in, they said my reservation had been cancelled. Then they said I was supposed to have checked in the day before. I had to show him my reservation confirmation. Then he said they did not have the King room I reserved so he put us in a very tiny double bed room for the first night. No offer to refund the difference. The room had a lot of street noise.
