I have stayed in this amazing hotel many times and have never encountered any issues that were unpleasant. The staff is wonderful- especially helpful this trip. The location is ideal- many restaurants nearby and easy subway access. My room was very quiet- facing 26th St rather than Park Avenue South. The hotel provides a nice breakfast assortment of pastries, bagels and yoghurts along with fruit and coffee. And there is a good Italian restaurant next store that is open for lunch and dinner, and two big drugstores close by. My only (small) complaint is the hotel does not provide body lotion, although there is shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Great location for a jumping off point to explore city by foot or subway in all directions. Used nearby Madison sq park playground with kids. Room was spacious. Continental breakfast is convenient and always a hit with the kids. Appreciated that they valeted our car. Car valet was no ins and outs. Rooms and lobby lounge areas are not updated. Our room wasn’t available until 30 mins after check-in time (3pm) and oddly their standard checkout, as I was told, is 1pm; but we needed to check out much earlier than that so this was a rare time we couldn’t take advantage of not being rushed in the morning we were leaving.

Great location, the staff who worked the doors were great and very friendly. Brilliant to have the breakfast options and the rooms were spacious. The rooms feel very dark, the red curtains don’t help.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient, and the lobby and its breakfast / constantly available snacks are hugely helpful if you are meeting people or have a spouse who likes to get up early while you sleep in. In the room, I love that there’s a tub, a bathroom with a door that properly closes (no barn doors!), the cute little balcony, and plentiful closet and dresser space for clothes. The bed is very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Water pressure in the shower is good. The room had some small cosmetic issues - a men’s in the carpet, chipped enamel in the tub, etc - but it was very clean and sound.

​We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Giraffe in NYC. The location on Park Avenue is perfect, making it incredibly handy for exploring the Flatiron District. The hotel offers wonderful amenities, including a great breakfast and the convenience of all-day snacks, teas, and coffee. We also thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful roof terrace. A special thank you to the team for the thoughtful welcome note and bottle of wine to help us celebrate our honeymoon; it was a lovely personal touch that made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommend!
