Comfortable room, good size and large bathroom Price!

Breakfast was great just wish their was kettle in room, staff would bring coffee if asked without any bother but would have liked a kettle as didn’t like to put the staff out

Average and outdated. If the location is convenient to your trip and you just want a bed, then its fine. No aesthetic to the rooms or decor. Cheap toiletries. Thin walls. Front desk agent at check-in was the opposite of jovial. Could use a night security guard.

Rooms are modern however the linens are carpet are all stained!

I was let down by the way that the property was. I really felt for that amount. It should have been way better . I was really disappointed. A lot of things could have been better the lighting the crazy mess of the rugs given the refrigerator to one of the people that rent out a room a lot of things could have been better.

This hotel is very vonvif you want to be near Manhattan and in walking distance with nice restaurant and convenient stores. It's less than 10 mins walk from Madison park and less than 30 mins walk from Strand bookstore. The room and bathroom are decent. I loved my stay but I wish there was a mini fridge or coffee machine in the room. The free breakfast is fine if you're only looking for coffee and pastry nothing fancy.

Scary property. Dark and depressing. The pictures advertising the hotel are not real. The garden = plastic greenery from floor to ceiling in hallways. Dark, dirty room. Sketchy people in/out of property.

The desk area measured approximately 18 by 24 inches, which barely accommodated my laptop. Additionally, the available power outlets were located on the opposite side of the area I was working, making it inconvenient to set up an effective workstation. While I was able to make the necessary arrangements, the room design was not conducive to the needs of business travelers requiring a functional workspace.

Enjoyed my stay here. The place was great, I only wish that breakfast lasted a little longer(about an hour or two)

The location of this hotel could not be better. Being there alone, the size of the room was not a problem, but realize that although very clean they are indeed pretty small. The breakfast in the morning is convenient, but the croisssants were definitively not freshly baked and the apples and clementines were old. Some yogurts would have been welcome.. The staff is very friendly and there is a convenient store a block away which is very helpful too.

Check in and out was easy. Front desk was pleasant. location was very convenient.

Room was clean but poorly decorated. Needs an update.

Basic room - pretty dark (my inside room had minimal sunlight).
