On the positive side, the hotel is well located if you need to stay in that particular part of the city.

Hotel has great style and design. Loved the vibe. The manager, Elmo, was extremely helpful and very responsive when we had an issue. Resolved immediately! Great location and food in restaurants was very good. Bar at the top was super fun at night. A great time overall.

The rooms were not clean at all.

This is where I stayed for my very first trip to NYC and overall I was very satisfied. The staff was very nice. They answered any questions that I had. I definitely felt at ease as a solo traveler. It’s an older building. It’s gonna have a few quirks but I think it really has a lot of character. The location is fantastic and I was able to walk a lot of places. Housekeeping was very prompt and brought fresh towels etc daily.

When we checked in the room smelled like urine, the staff got the housekeeping to come to another clean of the room - then everything smelled like bleach. Pretty dated building, very small room even for NYC. Window unit AC pretty loud. Nice they have the gym and the common spaces are nice to work from. The room was also incredibly dark - which as a young woman I had a hard time packing up and seeing things, can only imagine how hard it would be to see in the room for those who are older.

The per person check-in free or per-night fee, how ever they frame is seems like a scam. Although it’s in the fine print, I didn’t appreciate it.

This hotel is in Gramercy Park centrally located in Manhattan. I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent location, staff were professional and helpful, facilities great. Only one thing as a negative....there was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived

This hotel has good sized rooms (for NYC) and comfortable beds. It’s a good location, but lower floors have significant street noise. Best thing was the attached coffee shop and cool rooftop bar. Bathroom is oddly small (miniature sink). While not a big deal, the whole hotel is quite dark all day.

Location Elevators didn’t stop at Mezannine

Service was amazing!! Everyone was so helpful. My fiance forget a tie for the wedding we were in NY to attend and asked if he could have one delivered to the hotel and they were very accommodating. The location was fantastic, the decor and vibes of the hotel were super cool, rooftop bar was AMAZING and it was all around an amazing place to stay for the price. We also loved the large walk in shower. Highly recommend!!

Excellent location. If you’re gonna be out all day and don’t care about space, this place is ideal Slightly humid but that might’ve been more related to the weather

Cleanliness was lacking there was a lot of dust and an odor to the carpeting also an inappropriate saying was written on the wall above the bed the staff was great, rooftop bar was very pretty and very conveniently right above patsys pizza
