The hotel lobby and restaurants are nice, but the hotel itself is kind of old and dingy. The room they put me in was very dark, facing the interior of the building, and even with all of the lights on, it was just super dark in there, which is pretty depressing. The look of the hallways is also just dark, claustrophobic, and old. I've visited the restaurants on this property before, and would have expected the rooms and facilities to be much more updated than they are.

The bed in our room was sunken in on one side where it seems most people sleep. The lighting in the hotel was dim, probably for a vibe but it made it hard to see things. There’s no ice machine and after walking around the city, having ice for cold drinks would be nice. The staff was friendly and the place had a cool ambiance. It was close to the subway so getting around was easy. They do have a water station and two adjoining restaurants, which helped when we didn’t want to figure out where to do for food.

Excellent location. Good sized bedroom. Great roof top bar. Free iced cold water. Gym was well equipped and not very busy.

This is not a four star hotel. The rooms are small and worse, they're badly designed. No luggage rack, no cups / glasses in the room. Sink is too small to fit a water bottle. One water machine in lobby takes forever.

The hotel was great, they have a great rooftop bar, coffee shop, and pizzeria all at the hotel so made things very easy! Would stay here again. My only complaint is that they may need to get double panes windows as it can get quite loud with the sirens outside.
-
Super cute hotel with a great location.

Also the room was nothing like the photos in the website. It was tiny and there was barely any day light.

I stay here every couple weeks a month since the beginning of this year. Not on business, but for a staycation. The staff ( front desk) are amazing and they always make me feel welcome! The breakfast cafe and Patsys Italian restaurant which are part of the hotel interior are great!
-
Beautiful rooftop. The rooms are clean and the staff is always so friendly. Definitely my go to in NYC!!!
-
The room was alright, the receptionist wasn't.
-
The noise in the room made it very hard to sleep; it sounded like a club was right next door and continued until 2am in the morning. Had issues with the air conditioning, which didn't successfully cool after being out of the room for several hours. Lighting dimmers in room were dated and loosely attached. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great but vanity was very small and difficult to use with being so close to adjacent wall.
-
Basic room but with nyc price tag. Also the additional $40 hotel fee is dumb and unnecessary greed.
-
The staff are very nice and thoughtful. The front desk is great and gave us a corner suite so we can enjoy two side view! I would say only the suite carpet is an issue to us, other than that, all fabulous!

Great staff, clean room. Like the location!

The only thing I was not impressed with was the lighting in the bathroom. It was so dimly lit above the sink/mirror area. When you have women getting ready, we want good lighting and it was unfortunate that there was none! I simply got ready and prayed that I looked decent when heading out! Other than that it was a wonderful stay! Great shower with lots of water pressure and consistent hot water! Will stay here again for sure and will tell others to as well!
-
Decent hotel but the ac in room wasn’t the best it keeps shutting off and there was an error code i called the desk and told the guy he was gonna send someone up but 30 minutes later i called him bsck and said nevermind I figured out how to get it going also the in room fridge is TINY doesn’t fit much at all!! Tv guide wasn’t accurate either channels were off by a few

Beautiful hotel with a rooftop bar to die for and a very friendly staff. Everyone is extremely helpful.

Love the various entertainment amenities it offered, even though we didn't partake in them. My only request would be Better lighting in living/bathroom area. Coffee maker in room, and cooler refrigerator.
