The place was stinking of pee. The floors were sticky Not at all a good experience

Location

Very unique hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, and best of all a real live cat! Shared bathrooms take a little planning for showers, and sometimes requires going to a diffrent floor if its occupied.

The AC could be a little better

The cat was cool. Very nice! Good receptionist. Serviceable room with unique theme. Place was ancient. Everything is outdated and gives the look of dirtiness especially the bathroom. No microwave or fridge.

The stairs lol

I loved it so much. Cutest most eclectic hotel I've ever stayed in. I was told the artists from the Chelsea Hotel came to the Carlton Arms when the Chelsea closed and that made me very happy. And such a beautiful room, and the friendliest cat.

It was eclectic.

The staff was very friendly , the neighborhood was nice, rhe murals on the wall were lovely. There was a cat. No elevator, steep stairs, cost way too much for what it was, mold in the shower, stains on the bed.

Cool funky place in a great location . Staff members were super helpful. Water for shower never really got warm/hot

Good option when you need it. Alfonzo was a gray help

It was super hot that day, and the staff literately gave us a room without AC and very noisy to open the window.

Uniquely artistic property with character and wonderful management That I couldn’t stay longer

loved the art & the cozy old world feel. we stayed in a room with amazing art by steven appleby and an en suite bathroom. room was clean and a/c worked ok. cat in the lobby a nice bonus. overall very pleasant stay, good value for the money water pooled in the tub during my shower which wasn't ideal but it's an old building!

Such a charming place. Loved hanging out with Ned the cat in the mornings. It's an old building, and it shows, but it's super charming and comfortable and clean where it matters. Staff was very responsive and helpful. There are a lot of stairs, but it's a cool place in a great area for a great value.

Needed a place just for the night and overall was a great

N/A The property was not clean. The room was not done, clothes everywhere, bed not done. No light. & received attitude.

Quirky place. Won’t forget it!
