The fact that it was right next to the train!!! Thats it!!! Prostitutes!!! The ceiling was leaking and the paint fell on me and I have video and pictures! There was no mini fridge more was there a microwave like in the description! There was a bed, a tv, and a old nightstand, the window was broke! And the staff cut the water off on me while I was cleaning myself and getting ready to check out! It was a horrible experience and if I didn't have to see my children, ill never ever stay here again! It needs to be closed down in my opinion!! Please take this hotel off of your platform because it is horrendous!! I also have video of the ceiling leaking!!!

There is a restaurant in front of it The receptionist didn’t speak English fluently, the room door didn’t close properly, the lights in the room didn’t work properly, the mattress was the worst I’ve ever slept on in my life, the bed didn’t have decent bedding and the pillows were completely worn out, there wasn’t even a chair in the room, no water came out of the shower, the toilet was dirty, and the front of the hotel was very noisy because there’s a bar across the street.

The staff behaviour was welcoming and courtous. The motel quality was well above the reviews posted, which i had read before my stay. Its a good budget motel and justify the price they charge compared to the huge prices in NY. There is a mosque in front on the other side of the road which was more important to me. Halal food in close proximity. And the close subway station is its biggest feature. There is no cooking or food warming or fridge facility in the rooms and only one microwave in front of the reception in the entire motel.

The television in my room was broken, paint chips on the bed from the peeling walls. No comforter.

The worst experience in a hotel in my entire life and I’m not a young man
