Hotel 1200

Great hotel. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. The fitness center was a nice touch. Lobby great with coffee/tea. Close to MTA stop. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice hotel, with excellent air conditioning. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Easy access to subway nearby.

The hotel is located directly next to the elevated train line so it is very noisy every time the train passes by if you're room is on the side of the hotel that faces the street. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. There was a cleaning staff woman who brought her child to work on the two days we were there which was a bit disruptive as she was yelling at her child throughout. We ended up just keeping our do not disturb sign on the door to avoid the disruption. The hotel is located in the Bushwick part of Brooklyn. The room was overall clean and served the purpose but probably wouldn't stay there again.

Nice Nothing

Clean and comfortable. Walls are thin, could hear everything going on in the room beside us and outside.

Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. It was perfect for my quick trip, and I had no complaints. No complaints.

The rooms have those new age TVs that connect to Tubi and YouTube etc. the street is also fairly quiet, it was next to a train but I really didn’t hear it, windows must be tempered. Bathroom is amazing and if you ask the front desk they’ll give you toothpaste etc. All and all I would stay again. Loved it! Also, staff is bilingual!

The hotel overall was great. I had an amazing stay.

Staff sent the property above expectations. Always there and willing to help and assist. Towels were not very good and shed.

The front desk staff was nice. The room was large and came with microwave, refrigerator. There is a subway station 2 blocks away that goes direct to WTC. The location is next to an elevated subway track. Even though our room faced the other side, you can hear the train every time it passes. There is no garage, only street parking. There is no coffee maker/coffee in the room. The towels are very cheap and leave lint on your skin after a shower. Our room was clean, but there was a large dark stain on the carpet when you enter.

Nice hotel in convenient location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I felt safe in the area, it was bustling with tourists and locals. What made the stay a 5 star was the staff - Hannah was awesome! We were on a trip to find an apartment for my son and Hannah was so accommodating and helpful - even with tips on snagging a NYC apartment! The only downside is the train runs right at the hotel but eventually it just melted into the background city noise. I would recommend staying here anytime you are going to Brooklyn.
