Our hotel room had a baby roach. We proceeded to the front and requested another room. He was helpful and apologetic. Unfortunately the second room had an even larger roach immediately as you walked in. We refused to stay as this means there’s an infestation. Our first room was on floor 400 and second was on 200. I’ve requested a refund and was told they’d approve my request. However, this is still pending and the property hasn’t responded to Expedia request. I would not suggest staying here unless you want on potentially travel home with baby roaches

A very strange hotel. Comfortable bed. Clean, decent sized rooms, but lacks any details or amenities to make the property comfortable or appealing. Thin, cheap towels; scratchy toilet paper, no bottled water on the premises. No drain on sink…had to put a washcloth over it to keep things from falling in.limited cable tv channels. Room was cold…Had to ask for a blanket. Staff was pleasant. It is a stripped down hotel offering only the basics. I was asked for a $100 amenities fee when I checked in. A bizarre request since there are absolutely no amenities!

The wifi password they gave us did not work, and they just gave me another non working password when I asked the front desk about it.

Location was close to where I was moving and met my needs for a longer stay. NYC pricing, but for NYC was the best value for my needed location.

The thermostat stayed at 75 the whole time despite trying to cool the room. Hair found in bathroom and on sheets. Room was just feet away from the subway. Like the tracks and car and everything, so noise

Clean and comfortable. Convenient to daughter’s apartment. Noisy subway nearby.

For where it was located they maximized the space and really made a great hotel. Staff was really friendly and helpful and it felt safe. I wish there was food on-site.

The location, staff and cleanliness of the room. The shower curtain was not on right and taking a shower without getting water everywhere was a task. Also the lock on door was not working properly. Overall great room and location.
