The hotel was quiet. The property manager was a total jerk. I booked online with booking and funds were debited from my account. Upon my arrival I was refused a room and he said I had to call booking. I did, and booking was even confused. They even tried to call the property to resolve the issue and the phone literally never rang. This guy was just money hungry and wanted us to pay cash instead of accepting the 3rd party booking. Totally unacceptable.

the property was not well maintained the curtains were moldy. the bathroom grout was moldy. the tub was dirty the toilet seat very worn. there were patched holes in the wall. the sheets were clean but not bright. no bugs found but not sure i would make the decision to stay there again.

Welcoming staff.....nice clean halls & bedroom...bathroom was a little rough & dated but clean and lots of towels. Wifi service was almost non existent. My son had important work to attend to but was unable to complete it....Wifi kept knocking him out. I never did get a connection to the internet. Air conditioning a little weak as well. No micro wave and had to ask for cups even though there was lots of coffee filters.

Convenient location Paid way too much will never do that again, the Cleaning products they use perforates all your clothing you bring the smell home actually

There’s not a single thing I liked about this property. The morning front desk worker whom is a woman has to have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She’s condescending and talks down to you. It would be in her best interest as she doesn’t know the customers staying there, for her to stay in her lane and learn how to respect people.

The hotel was in a horrible condition. The room, walls floors were very outdated and dirty. The shower head was broken and spilling water outside the shower and when it was reported there was no solution or proper customer service provided.

The bathroom and carpets were not clean and the room had so much air freshener that I got a headache. I paid for 2 nights but left first thing in the morning due to the smell. I also could not open a window to get fresh air. If I had not arrived so late the first night, I would have left immediately.
