Drawer on the two drawer dresser was completely busted off and missing. People were slamming their doors and hollaring from 1am on both nights. When the room next door turned on their light, my bathroom light would also turn on in the middle of the night. Terrible lumpy, rock hard pillows. Meh.

The room had a mini refrigerator and an ice bucket. No coffeemaker in room nor the lobby. Lobby did have a microwave. You could leave your luggage for no fee, but it is was not locked up. I did so and all my belongings were there when I returned. I was able to check in one hour early. There is a room deposit that is only accepted in cash $60-100. They do have an ATM in the lobby that charged a $2.99 service fee. I mentioned this should be mentioned in their ad or email message. I got the impression that my feedback was not welcome. For $90/night, you get what you pay for. Not much available at that price point in NYC.

I'm fully aware that this is not a top tier hotel but whether it's $100 a night or $1,000 a night, the basic minimum I expect is something close to quiet which was not the case during this stay.

Best hotel, stay staff's very well trained. It's always a comfort knowing. This place is around for people. That don't have a huge budget on luxury

In addition, the room looked damaged old, and just not properly cleaned. The floor and wallks looked old and black markings and cracks. Even the bathroom wall had a stick of gum or something sticky on the wall and was just unsatisfied with cleanliness of the room. Thank goodness it was just an overnight. The area around is average with some small bodega convenience stores, but the walk from here to the closest Subway station is a bit rough, especially with luggage. Also unfortunately the place is centered around semi-sketchy areas that made me concerned over night when walking or coming back. Lastly the staffing isn't terrible but almost inconsistent. Sometimes there's someone to help, other times they're not. They were nice but just not a great experience. The saving grqces were the local food places that were walking distance anf the locals are very nice. If you are staying for just a night, you can take a risk, otherwise stay clear of this place.

On of the worst hotel i have ever experienced bathroom sit was broken i was stunned there’s no amenities for shower there’s no customer services i called for help room services they there’s no one who can help you should come down and do your thing usually we have pillows on bed here one pillow and second one half pillows and half side of the pillow is empty literally worse hotel i have ever experienced.

Need better cable and bath mats in the tub

The room was very dusty windowsills were dirty and the room was hot. The AC wasn’t working as much.

Room sizes are just average! Got water kettle and other things asked for. TV had only channels no provision of Netfix, YouTube! Staff was friendly and helpful. The walk of 12 minutes from Subway seemed a bit too much especially in the dark so hailed a Lyft to reach the hotel. Otherwise had a comfortable stay🤗
