Decent stay but it’s New York. Room was perfect for me

The view was exquisite. The breakfast was delicious and had ample variety for all sorts of diets and preferences. The staff were incredibly friendly and understanding. I also absolutely loved that there was a fridge and coffee maker in the room. The glass door on the bathroom and the large frosted glass window into the bathroom was not the best design choice, really. It made things awkward. Additionally, the site says there is a fitness center, but it was unclear where this was located.

The place was not very clean, and the furniture appeared old and worn. There were also unexpected additional fees, which made the overall cost higher than expected. On top of that, the reservation information was not accurate, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Location is outstanding False claims about parking rates- flim flam deals between parking garages and hotels not consistent with promoted rates. Breakfast awful and shameful in a dark dreary basement. A non rooftop rooftop bar. 500 bucks a night for lowest level room.. i would never go again.

1. The corner room we were given had two large pillars in the room's design that made getting around in the room rather obstructive. 2. The ad promised a roof top patio but it was closed for remodeling. We should have been told ahead of time and a price adjustment should have been given. The patio was THE MAIN reason for our selection of this hotel. The failure to reduce the rate demonstrated that this hotel gives preference to profit and will gladly gouge a guest, knowing it's most likely a one time visit. 3. The breakfast area is dark, dreary and uninviting. It felt like we were walking to a dungeon in order to get to the eating area.

Room was very clean. Breakfast had a good variety.

Clean. Price was great. All prices and charges were completely explained up front. No unnecessary charges. My room was ready and I was able to check in early so I can make use of my day. Very friendly and helpful staff from beginning to end. Very quiet, very clean, very convenient to all shopping and restaurants. Very convenient. I will stay again

Amazing staff and clean accommodation

Room 702 was the best room I have been in since my hotel stay July 2026 I will highly recommend this place to friends and family. It was too high up. I would prefer same room, but lower floors (2/3/4) Also, more comfortable chair/seat and table for balcony. I like to drink coffee and view the city in the morning. Everything else was great.

Bed is super comfy perfect location subway is right around the corner and everything was clean the bed was super comfy super walkable are can walk straight to soho Was good just the shower drainage needs some work

Onsite restaurants, view from our room & the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in! A little bit outdated in decor & late housekeeping to clean the room
