The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Chinatown with easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and public transportation, making it incredibly convenient to explore New York City. My room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and all of the amenities were exactly what I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, this hotel offers an outstanding combination of comfort, service, and location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Wyndham Garden Chinatown to anyone visiting NYC. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Loved 180 degree view from our corner room. Enjoyed the clean and chilled workout room. Helpful staff who responded immediately to questions and allowed us to store our suitcases after checkout so we could continue to sightsee

I was allowed early check-in, however, the room I was placed in was a double bed, despite having paid for an upgrade to a queen bed. So, I felt it was a bit of thrown away investment on my part. The room is showing a ton of wear and tear, light fixtures were barely hanging on, wall paper was peeling, and when I placed my towel on the hook next to the shower, it completely fell off. The hotel fire alarm also continuously malfunctioned for my entire two day stay. The added "resort fee," despite not offering many amenities, was also disappointing, but made clear in advance of the stay.

The breakfast is not the greatest and is the same thing every day. Not enough seats down there for size of hotel. Maid forgot to fill out toilet paper one day so nice hotel but not perfect. Very good. Great location away from tourist mid town trap.

I also requested a late checkout at noon, which was approved. After oversleeping, I asked for an additional 15 minutes, and the front desk kindly accommodated without hesitation. That’s what great customer service looks like! Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and again.

They shut off heat because of a few hot days. Room temp was at 64 all weekend. Location was great for walking to major sights and easy to pick up a bus or subway. Parking wasn't free, it was 2 blocks away and they charged me at the hotel 139.
