U.S. Pacific Hotel

Clean hotel, great location. Plenty of cultural attractions (New Museum, LES) and great food nearby. Small rooms, but clean and well-maintained. Would recommend the place for the budget traveller.

conveniently located no window, and wasn't clear bathrooms would be shared. Bedroom was as large as the bed. thin walls could hear people having sex.

That they forced you to tip and don’t even give you an option to if you don’t want to and you can’t even change the amount it just says you have to tip this much you can’t even change the amounts even though I didn’t get my room cleaned once during my time there

It was affordable Beds were uncomfortable

However, I did not expect to climb stairs to the fourth floor. I was able to do it, but anyone who is elderly or disabled should be warned. Lack of elevator

Great location and clean hotel Small rooms.

The room and private bathroom were clean, with clean towels and fresh linens. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was great to all that you would like to go out and do. The staff was friendly and helpful. Had to carry luggage up the stairs to the entrance/room- didn't have an elevator.

It's clean. At a hotel this affordable you want something clean that basically does the basics in a well and pleasant environment.The area has great food, great park nearby and it's easy to travel most places in NY. The room is very simple and it can get hot. But if you're just expecting the basics you will get them.

Stuff very nice and helpful. Room very basic. Air condition common for the entire floor, can't regulate temperature within the room.

The location was great and the airco worked really well during our stay it was 35 degrees but even due we couldn’t not control the temperature in our room I believe it was around 18 The bed was hard, the room very small practically a bed that’s it no shared rooms can be noise and 500 dollars for 3 nights felt expensive to me

We were only stopping for the night in between connections, but wouldn't recommend for a longer stay. Very basic room. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs with 2 x 23kg suitcases (no lift) Not enough shared bathrooms.

Good location, friendly staff. Nothing else unfortunately Be prepared to be woken up all hours of the night and day. Walls are paper thin and other guests are clearly inconsiderate. Coughing up a lung, talking loudly. Even the cleaners would slam the doors constantly- just no peace whatsoever. No towels provided- had to request. Not once did our room get cleaned or looked at for almost a week. The rooms are soooo tiny and our bin wasn’t emptied the whole time. The listing states there is AC but you can’t control it so we were very hot overnight. Shower needs serious updating- moldy and rusting. No floor mats provided. No fridge. No ice machine. No elevator. I understand it’s NYC and you get what you pay but never again and didn’t feel this was up to standard

It was close to downtown and midtown You can’t control the temperature in the rooms without a window and it’s very cold at night.other than that it was good

I like that the hotel is in Chinatown I didn’t like that the bedding was supposed to be white but it yellow. Made me have to buy sheets to sleep on

Location and 24 hour staff present- staff members were pleasant and efficient Room didn’t feel clean and there was hair in my bed already when I was putting on my own sheets over the bed

Location, plenty of restrooms which they constantly clean. Our towels and sheets had were clean, but had sole weird stains

Good value for the money

The place way quite comfortable. We had some concerns about the cleanliness when we got there but were very happy with how it clean it was. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Would stay there again. Some of the other guest were quite disruptive, but the hotel staff did their best to deal with them.

This place is in a good location, always clean and quiet . Very affordable, walking distance to little Italy and canal street and the subway. Walking the stairs
